On-line authorization in access environment
A method is disclosed. The method includes interacting with a gate access device that is capable of preventing access to a location, where the gate access device subsequently sends an authorization request message to an issuer for approval, the authorization request message including a request to charge a predetermined amount of money to pay for access to a location, and entering the location if the gate access device receives an authorization response message indicating that the charge is authorized.

Computer Implemented System and Method for Touchless Parking Entry, Payment, and Exit from Parking Facility, and Computer-Readable Medium Having Processor-Executable Instructions For Same
A computer-implemented system includes a platform cloud server, and platform application software executable by the platform cloud server, the platform application software configured to close an access control gate to prevent a subject vehicle from exiting a secured vehicle parking facility at said access control gate unless an exit condition is satisfied, the exit condition including identity of the subject vehicle, receipt of an exit request to exit through the gate by touchless initiation, and actual receipt of payment by touchless initiation. A QR code is displayed to present the exit request, and a touchless vehicle detection system determines identity of the subject vehicle.
Device, System and Method for Electronic Toll Tax Payment
The present invention relates to a novel wireless toll payment transponder device that can be embedded or retrofitted to a vehicle. More specifically, the toll payment device is used for paying toll tax at toll booths without blocking the field of vision of the driver of the vehicle. The device provides efficient movement of the vehicles on highways and through toll booths, without the fear of an accident. The device includes a transponder for wireless communication and storage of transponder information. The transponder further includes a location detector for detecting the location of the vehicle to which the device is mounted. The transponder device enables payment of toll taxes while providing location information simultaneously.
Computer-implemented systems for locating a vehicular parking space and controlling access thereto
A computer-implemented parking system including: a driver mobile electronic device configured to transmit a parking lot entry signal and a parking lot exit signal, and a coordinating computer system configured to receive the parking lot entry signal and the, parking lot exit signal, computer-controllable vehicle entry and vehicle exit barriers in communication with the coordinating computer system. The coordinating computer system is configured to: upon receipt of the entry signal transmit an open signal to the computer-controllable entry barrier station, and upon receipt of the exit signal transmit an open signal to the exit barrier station. Each entry and exit barrier station may include a receiver to receive the entry signal and parking lot exit signal, respectively. The receiver may be configured to detect or assist the coordinating computer system to detect, position of the driver mobile electronic device with reference to the computer-controllable entry or exit barrier station.

Method and system for managing parking by dual location verification
A computerized system for managing a parking lot includes: a beacon in one-way, or location sensor in two-way, communication with a smart device for locating the smart device without it having to determine its own location, a vehicle sensor for sensing the presence of a vehicle, and a computer-implemented server operable to determine from the beacon's identification or receive from the location sensor the location of the smart device. The server authorizes entry or exit of the vehicle when a smart device status indicates acceptance, and the smart device and the vehicle are both at a same appropriate location. The server updates the smart device status after a payment transaction. Entry or exit may be authorized by opening a barrier, displaying an authorization message, communicating a message to the smart device, and/or not issuing a non-authorization alert. The server may receive reservations, and may communicate lot occupancy to third-party systems.

Venue location identification for vehicular access control
A venue location identification system for vehicular access control is described. In one embodiment, the system includes at least one access control device. The access control device includes a processor, a communication interface, and an actuating mechanism configured to control a barrier for providing access to a parking area. The system also includes a user device associated with a vehicle. The user device is configured to communicate with the communication interface of the at least one access control device using ultra wideband (UWB) communication technology. The user device is further configured to transmit an access request to the access control device via UWB requesting permission to leave the parking area as the vehicle approaches the barrier.
BIOMETRIC EXIT WITH AN ASSET
A biometric exit system controls exit of a person from an area with an asset. The system obtains a digital representation of a biometric for the person. The system receives an identification of the person using the digital representation of the biometric. Using the identification, the system receives permissions regarding whether or not the person may exit the area with the asset. If the person is permitted, the system allows the person to exit. Upon allowing exit, the system may transmit a message to the person. The message may include a confirmation of a transaction and/or one or more offers to which the person can respond.
