Systems and methods for controlling access to a secured space are disclosed. The system includes a locking device fastenable to an access point of the secured space, a server, and a network for communication between the locking device and server. The locking device includes an actuator, a memory, and a processing unit for generating a control signal for the actuator to move the locking device into a locked state or a closed state. The server includes a storage unit to store authorization data for the locking device, and a processing unit which can receive a security request for the locking device from a user computing device; determine whether the security request includes requesting data that corresponds to the authorization data stored for the locking device; generate a security command based on the security request; and communicate the security command to the locking device.

The property showing management system including a consumer device associated with a prospective buyer who requests a showing of a listed property at a specific date and time. The property showing management system having an agent device associated with a real estate agent who can conduct showings of listed properties. The property showing management system further includes a showing control system for performing the operations of the property showing management system, the showing control system receives a showing request from the prospective buyer via the consumer device, determines a showing agent to conduct the showing of the listed property, and notifies the showing agent of the showing date and time via the agent device. A method of managing showings of listed properties. The method includes a showing request of a listed property received from a prospective buyer for a specific date and time. A showing agent can be determined to conduct a showing of the listed property with the prospective buyer at the specific date and time requested by the prospective buyer. The showing agent is then notified of the showing date and time.

A method of using image analytics and machine learning in a lock system includes receiving data describing access actions that are performed at an access control device based at least in part on a credential. The data includes, for each access action, a description of the access action, a timestamp, and an image of a person presenting the credential. The data is analysed to identify patterns of access. Facial characteristics of the person presenting the credential are identified. The credential is associated with the facial characteristics. It is detected, based at least in part on facial recognition and the facial characteristics, that the person is proximate to the access control device. An access action is performed at the access control device based on the detecting and the patterns of access, where the facial recognition is used in place of the credential to provide authorization to perform the access action.

A comprehensive contactless entry verification system for use within a predefined space, such as an entry point to a venue requiring verified credentials for entry, including sporting events, modes of transportation, bars and restaurants, concerts, and other exclusive or limited capacity events. Rather than relying on a physical scanning event, the system improves an entry speed of a patron by automatically tracking, in real-time, a position of each patron within a predefined space, simultaneously querying, verifying, and tracking a credential associated with each patron for a contactless entry into a venue. Moreover, by allowing venue personnel to focus attention on security concerns rather than entry verification, the system improves safety protocols associated with a given event. The collaborative, comprehensive system includes cameras, transmitters, and a position engine, with each component working in combination to detect and verify a credential associated with one or more mobile devices.

The present disclosure relates to a method for security and/or automation systems. In some embodiments, the method may include receiving a reservation request for a reservation at a building from a guest. The method may further include approving the reservation request. The method may further include automatically communicating a temporary guest code to the guest based at least in part on the approving, the temporary guest code granting access to the building and access to operate at least one component of the security and/or automation system.

Improved systems and techniques are disclosed for controlling the security states of anti-theft security systems such as product display assemblies using security fobs. The tasks relating to fob authentication are offloaded to a computer system, and these authentications can be based on identifiers for the different security fobs. The computer system can maintain a list of identifiers for authorized security fobs that is easily updated when new security fobs are added to or existing security fobs are de-authorized from the system.

One or more techniques and/or systems are provided for facilitating the exchange of an item. For example, a containment component is configured to receive one or more items. A locking component is configured to selectively restrict or allow access to the item. A code generation component is configured to generate and provide an unlocking code to a requestor (e.g., based upon payment by the requestor that requests access to the item). A code entry component is configured to receive user input of a code. The code entry component either retains the locking component in a locked state if the code is not validated as the unlocking code or transitions the locking component into an unlocked state if the code is validated as the unlocking code.

An information processing apparatus which controls locking and unlocking of a vehicle, the information processing apparatus comprises a controller configured to execute: in a case where there is an unlocking request from a first mobile terminal located outside the vehicle, receiving a first electronic key from the first mobile terminal to perform first authentication and unlocking the vehicle on condition that the first authentication is successful; and in a case where the first mobile terminal is located inside the vehicle, and there is an unlocking request from a second mobile terminal located outside the vehicle, receiving a second electronic key from the second mobile terminal to perform second authentication, receiving the first electronic key from the first mobile terminal located inside the vehicle to perform third authentication, and unlocking the vehicle on condition that both the second authentication and the third authentication are successful.

Provided is a door lock. The door lock includes a door lock body installed on a door and having an opening/closing device for opening and closing the door; a memory embedded in the door lock body to store a door lock identifier including a door recognition code assigned to the door and a door lock ID matched with the door recognition code; an antenna provided in the door lock body to sequentially receive a first RF signal and a second RF signal from a reader; and a control unit configured to transmit the door recognition code to the reader through the antenna such that the door recognition code together with a reader recognition code previously assigned to the reader is authenticated by a door lock management server that is communicatively connected with the reader when receiving the first RF signal, and configured to determine whether the door lock ID provided from the door lock management server through the reader matches the previously assigned door lock ID of the door lock identifier when receiving the second RF signal to control the opening/closing device such that the door is maintained in a lock state or released from the lock state.
