Building automation system with fault analysis and component procurement
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to receive data corresponding to a first condition of a building component within a building, determine, based on the data, an actual or anticipated fault state of the building component, retrieve, from a graph data structure including a number of entities and a number of relationships between the entities, and wherein the graph data structure represents at least one of a space, person, component, or event, first context information corresponding to the building component and second context information corresponding to the building, and determine, based on the first and second context information, a service action for the building component.
Lobby management system
One or more non-transitory computer-readable storage media having instructions stored thereon that, when executed by one or more processors, cause the one or more processors to detect an individual who enters into a lobby of a building, retrieve context information corresponding to the individual, update a user profile of the individual to indicate the individual has arrived at the building, and control one or more access control devices to grant the individual access to the building based on the context information.
MARINE VESSEL RENTAL SYSTEM AND MARINE VESSEL RENTAL METHOD
A marine vessel rental system that permits/prohibits starting of a driving source of a marine vessel in response to time and a marine vessel location includes a generator to generate an electronic key associated with information about a marine vessel for rent and information about a rental period in response to a request from a user terminal, and to transmit the information to the user terminal, a controller configured or programmed to permit starting of the driving source based on a condition that a current time belongs to the rental period corresponding to the electronic key, and an obtainer configured or programmed to obtain location information of the marine vessel. When the rental period corresponding to the electronic key has ended and the location information indicates that the marine vessel is located within a predetermined area, the controller is configured or programmed to prohibit the start of the driving source.
Modifying access control permissions
Aspects of the disclosure relate to electronic access control. An access control server maintains data associated with a plurality of electronic locks. A user is issued an electronic key for unlocking one or more electronic locks. The user can be assigned to a group. Members of the group are permitted to access a subset of the plurality of electronic locks. A first key configuration is transmitted to the electronic key, the first key configuration permitting the user to access the subset of electronic locks. The access control server accesses personnel data related to the user and determines whether the personnel data satisfies a condition associated with the group. Responsive to determining that the condition is not satisfied, the user is removed from the group and a second key configuration is transmitted to the electronic key, the second key configuration preventing the user from accessing the subset of electronic locks.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR ALLOWING AUTHENTICATED SELF-ACCESS TO A PREMISES WITHOUT SHARING PESONAL DATA INCLUDING BIOMETRICS
A system and method for allowing a person to self-access a secure premises, where the access process includes authenticating during self-access personal information comprising one or more biometrics, but where no personal information including the biometrics is shared with the premises. The premises issues to the person a control app with an app ID for use on a mobile device. The person pre-registers personal information including one or more biometrics with the control app prior to attempting access such that the app has means for authenticating the person. The premises comprises one or more access control points that communicate with the control app to both confirm that the app has a valid app ID and to confirm that the validated app has conducted personal authentication of the person by requesting one or more confirmation biometrics for sufficient matching with the one or more registration biometrics prior to allowing self-access.
Locker adaption system and related method for consumer in-door, out-door and curbside goods delivery and pickup services and for merchant store pickup services
The present invention relates to a locker and system for secured delivery of goods to consumer wherein the locker may be 1) positioned within a building or home such that one door is accessible outside the building or home and a second door is accessible within the building or home; 2) positioned on a property, potentially near a curbside and accessible to a delivery vehicle from a street; or 3) positioned at a commercial location such that one door is accessible to the public and a second door is accessible to the workers at the commercial location. Delivery may occur via drone or human with selected access given to the designated locker door. In accordance with the foregoing objects, an embodiment of the present invention generally comprises a service provider, a service client, an operator (seller or inspector), an end user (buyer or end user), and at least one chamber having at least one remotely controlled electronic door in communication with a service provider, service client, and/or operator.
Methods of estimating a throughput of a resource, a length of a queue associated with the resource and/or a wait time of the queue
Aspects of the disclosure relate to a method of estimating a length of a queue associated with a resource within a venue. Images of the queue may be received, each image corresponding to a segment of the queue. A server may estimate a number of venue guests in the queue by: for each of a first subset of the images, estimating a number of pixels of the image that correspond to venue guests in the queue; and for each of a second subset of the images, detecting and counting individual venue guests visible in the image. A notification including the estimated number of venue guests in the queue, an estimated current wait time, and/or a time at which a venue guest joining the queue is permitted entry to the resource, may be sent to devices corresponding to venue guests.
Electronic lockbox with key retainer subassembly
Disclosed herein are various embodiments of an electronic lockbox for storing keys and key cards. The lockbox may include calendar-based entry rules so that the key codes can differ based on the date and time. The lockbox may be controllable by a mobile device such as a mobile phone, tablet, or other mobile device. The lockbox may include functionality so that key codes for the lockbox can be transmitted via websites such as Airbnb, HomeAway, or other rental websites, so that guests automatically receive their unique lockbox codes when they confirm their reservations. The lockbox may also receive a Bluetooth low energy virtual key which may be transmitted directly from a user's mobile phone to the lockbox, so that no manual code entry through the keypad is required by a user. The lockbox may be capable of accepting multiple passcodes enabled at different times and dates, and for different purposes.
Access Control System for Electric Vehicle Charging
An access control system for electric vehicle charging is provided that includes an access device, a secure reservation interface, a reservation server and a smartphone application installed on the smartphone. The access device includes a short-range wireless communication module connected to a processor having control of an electric vehicle charger. The secure reservation interface receives a reservation request for a reservation at a given destination. The reservation server receives the reservation request for the destination, issues a reservation certificate, and transmits the reservation certificate from the reservation server to a smartphone. The smartphone application has access to a short range wireless communication setting corresponding to the access device. The access device receives the reservation certificate from the smartphone application based on use by the smartphone application of the short-range wireless communication setting. The processor activates the electric vehicle charger based on at least the receipt of the reservation certificate.
Managing Real Estate Listing Showings Based On Multiple Factors
A specialized server within a real estate showing management system creates a showing appointment for a showing agent to show a listing and a set of geo-fences around the listing when the appointment is created. At a particular time before the showing, the specialized server notifies a showing agent mobile device to download the set of geo-fences and, when requested, provides the set to the mobile device. The mobile device notifies the specialized server when it breaches a geo-fence within the set. The specialized server determines that the showing has started when the notification and the beginning time of the showing appointment are within a predetermined time range. The specialized server then notifies property electronic devices to turn on.
