User authentication system

Described are systems and techniques configured to authenticate a user upon entry to a facility. Prior to entry, the user may log in to a secure website with valid credentials, whereupon a login image of the user at the time of login is acquired. In one implementation, optically encoded data is generated which includes data representative of the login image, an acquisition timestamp, and an identifier value. At entry of the user to the facility, an entry image of the user's face, an image of the optically encoded data as presented on a display of a computing device in possession of the user, and an entry timestamp are acquired. By determining the timestamp is within a valid range of time and the data representative of the login image corresponds to the entry image, the user is authenticated to the identifier value.

DOOR LOCK CONTROL APPARATUS, IN-VEHICLE APPARATUS, DOOR LOCK CONTROL METHOD, AND NON-TRANSITORY STORAGE MEDIUM

A first exemplary embodiment of the present invention is a door lock control apparatus (10) including an on-site image acquisition unit (11) that acquires an on-site image generated by a camera for capturing a site where a reserved vehicle is present, an on-site sensing unit (12) that senses that a reserving person is present on the site, based on the on-site image, and a release command output unit (13) that outputs, when it is sensed that the reserving person is present on the site, a command of releasing a door lock of the reserved vehicle.

DATA MANAGEMENT SYSTEM, DATA MANAGEMENT METHOD, AND DATA MANAGEMENT PROGRAM

The data management system 80 manages data of users who use a facility. The arrival time prediction unit 81 predicts an arrival time of the user at the facility. The registration unit 82 acquires authentication data used for authentication of the user from an external device based on the predicted arrival time and registers it in a local storage device. The exit time prediction means 83 predicts an exit time of the user from the facility. The deletion means 84 deletes the authentication data from the storage device after the predicted exit time of the user.

GAMING SERVICE AUTOMATION SYSTEM WITH GRAPHICAL USER INTERFACE

A robot management system (RMS) includes a plurality of service robots deployed within an operations venue that includes a plurality of gaming devices, an operator terminal presenting a graphical user interface (GUI) to an operator, and a robot management system server (RMS server) configured in networked communication with the plurality of service robots. The RMS server is configured to: identify location data for the service robots; create an interactive overlay map of the operations venue that includes a static map of the operations venue, overlay data showing the location data of the plurality of service robots over the static map, and an interactive icon for each service robot of the plurality of service robots; display, via the GUI, the overlay map; receive a first input indicating a selection of a first interactive icon associated with a first service robot; and display current status information associated with the first service robot.

VEHICLE SYSTEM

A vehicle system, including: an on-board device mounted on a vehicle; and a control device configured to control the on-board device such that the vehicle travels in a target traveling state, wherein the control device includes: a predicting portion that predicts a state of the on-board device when the vehicle travels in the target traveling state; and a modifying portion that modifies the target traveling state when the control device determines based on the state of the on-board device predicted by the predicting portion that an operation of the on-board device needs to be limited.

Inside a railway train, a wall or door is set between the non-restricted carriage and the restricted carriage for separation, including the instruction system, execution system and server. The said instruction system comprises a passenger counting unit, a gate instruction unit and a storage unit; the said execution system comprises a gate control unit arranged on a riding area computer at the next station; and the passenger counting unit transmits the total number of passengers that have entered the restricted carriage to the gate instruction unit. The gate instruction unit obtains the gate instruction based on the total number of passengers that have entered the restricted carriage. The gate control unit of the riding area computer at the next station also executes the gate instruction, so as to control the number of passengers that have entered the riding area within the maximum number of passengers.

Information processing apparatus, control program of communication terminal, and entrance and exit management method

Entrance and exit of a person is efficiently managed by simple authentication and registration of entrance and exit using a communication terminal carried by the person. An information processing apparatus includes a face information register that registers face information of registered users who are to enter into and exit from a place in association with the place, an information acquirer that acquires, from a communication terminal, position information of the communication terminal, face information of an applying user who applies to enter into or exit from the place, and application information for entering or exiting, a user authenticator that performs user authentication by comparing the face information of the applying user acquired from the communication terminal by the information acquirer with the face information of the registered users registered in the face information register, and an entrance and exit recorder that records, if the user authentication succeeds, that the applying user has entered into or exited from the place corresponding to the position information.
