System for Packaging, Processing, Activating, and Deactivating Multiple Individual Transaction Cards as a Singular Unit
A transaction card processing and activation system comprising the identification of a unique identifier corresponding to an aggregate of transaction cards of affiliated or non-affiliated card issuers and the activation of each transaction card corresponding to the unique identifier of the aggregate irrespective of the number, types, or card issuers of the transaction cards. Additionally, the present invention allows a point of sale entity to initiate the activation of each of the multiple, disparate transaction cards in the aggregate by merely processing the unique identifier associated with the aggregate.
Method and an assembly for generating a magnetic field and a method of manufacturing an assembly
A credit card shaped element with a dynamic stripe which may be activated or deactivated, where the stripe is formed by a plurality of coils provided along the curve thereof, where the plurality of coils are activated in a sequential manner, where a plurality of proximity sensing coils are provided in series along the curve thereof, where the plurality of coils are formed by one coil contacted at multiple positions along its length by contact pads and where the signals fed to the coils cause an output of a reader coil to output a signals with a minimum slope or where one signal fed to one track has no peaks when the other signal is close to zero.
Bank card and response process to a transaction request
The invention relates to a bank card (100) comprising a presentation surface of a pictogram (120) coding at least one item of information for executing a transaction.
Compact vending machine
A compact vending machine for dispensing food products is disclosed. The compact vending machine includes a lightweight housing which may be mounted on a wall and a payment system that is configured to accept non-cash payments. A power source of the compact vending machine may be an external powers source, such as a power outlet, or an internal battery. An embodiment of the compact vending machine includes a controller and a communication system that are configured to transmit status information about the compact vending machine to a network.
Dispense event verification for dispensers
One or more techniques and/or systems are provided for dispense event verification. For example, a user verification component may be associated with a dispenser that is configured to dispense material, such as a sanitizer dispenser configured to dispense sanitizer. The user verification component may obtain user identification information associated with a user attempting to invoke the dispenser to perform a dispense event of material. The user identification information may be evaluated against a dispense access model (e.g., specifying levels of access to the dispenser for users, such as a first user being allowed to perform up to 10 dispense events of sanitizer every 45 minutes) to determine whether to facilitate or restrict the dispense event. In this way, dispensing of material that may be susceptible to abuse by users (e.g., prisoners, psychiatric ward patients, daycare children, etc.) may be monitored and/or restricted for the safety of such users.
Electronic instant tickets for instant ticket vending machines
Systems and methods are provided to electronically dispense a plurality of Electronic Instant Tickets (EITs) from a gaming microprocessor that is electronically programmed by a game service provider with a set of predetermined EITs. An Instant Ticket Vending Machine (ITVM) communicates with the gaming microprocessor to receive the EITs and display the results dictated by the EITs. The EITs allow the ITVM to operate independently of network communications with the game service provider and without providing predetermined outcomes embodied in a paper medium. Paper embodiments of the EITs associated with the gaming session and which are displayed on the display during the gaming session are printed. The dispensed printed paper embodiments of the EITs did not exist prior to the gaming session and are only printed upon game play of an EIT.
EMV CHIP SPINNER CARDS AND METHODS FOR THEIR PREPATION
A credit card or debit card includes at least one rotatable disk arranged onto a top face or a bottom face of the credit card or debit card; and one or more EMV chips arranged onto the at least one rotatable disk.
Kiosk Gift Card System and Method
A gift card system and method for purchasing both physical and digital gift cards at a kiosk, both physical and virtual, is disclosed. The system/method includes a gift card distribution kiosk located at a retail establishment or online that provides a user with access to a multitude of different forms of gift cards that may be purchased and printed onto a customizable card with a personalized message. The kiosk includes a kiosk processor interface, a gift card dispenser, a card reader and gift card management server connected to a network. The gift card management server, through the kiosk processor interface, provides vendor options to users to select and pay via the card reader. The kiosk may be used to redeem unused user gift cards for a reduced value user selected gift card, reduced cash value, full value store card, rewards points, bank debit, and/or electronic code user towards online purchases.
USER-SPECIFIC DISPENSING SYSTEM
The invention provides a system to physically dispense an item, including tangible items and/or services or features, on-site from a dispenser whereby the item to be dispensed is selected by the system based on user-specific or item-specific information. In an embodiment, the system selects the dispensed item based on both user-specific and item-specific information. In another embodiment the invention comprises a system that activates gaming features in a gaming device based on user-specific information. In another embodiment, the invention comprises a system incorporated into an interactive amusement system to activate features of a playfield based on user-specific information.
