DIVERTER VALVE
A diverter valve includes a diverter valve assembly, a diverter valve transmission assembly, a drive motor and a control device used to control the drive motor. Controlled by the control device, the drive motor drives the diverter valve transmission assembly to perform a transmission action, so as to drive the diverter valve assembly to perform switching actions. The diverter valve transmission assembly is an intermittent gear transmission assembly. Driven by the drive motor, each time the intermittent gear transmission assembly performs the transmission action at least once, the control device controls the drive motor to stop driving. In this way, during the action process, not only the transmission is stable and reliable, the noise is low, but it is also wear-resistant enough under high-frequency use, which can meet the requirements of long-term working consumption of the beverage machine.

An espresso coffee machine is described, said machine comprising a pump (1) for pumping water, a dispensing group (25) configured to cooperate with a portafilter (35), wherein said portafilter (35) is configured to support a filter (40) loaded with coffee powder, a coffee boiler (15) in fluid communication with said dispensing group (25), a water dispensing system (16, 28, 29, 30) for supplying hot water from said coffee boiler (15) to said portafilter; and a system (16, 31, 6, 33, 14) for supplying steam to said dispensing group (25) so as to perform cleaning of at least a part of said water dispensing system (16, 28, 29, 30).
Magnetically Driven Beverage Brewing System and Method
A coffee brewing system includes a brew vessel adapted to receive water and ground coffee to produce and store a brewed beverage. The brew vessel includes a filter and a magnet stirrer in the lower portion of the brew vessel. The magnet stirrer creates a water vortex for brewing the coffee. The used coffee grounds are allowed to settle on the filter creating a bed of used coffee grounds and the coffee is then filtered through both the bed of used coffee grounds and the filter and collected in a coffee storage container.
COFFEE OR MILK MACHINE AND METHOD OF OPERATING SUCH A MACHINE
A coffee machine including a frother with an outlet channel for coffee and milk foam, and supply channels for milk, air, and steam respectively, and a nonreturn valve to prevent a fluid in one of the channels from flowing in an undesirable direction. The coffee machine also includes a clean water supply channel that connects to the milk supply channel with a T-junction distant from the frother. The T-junction further connects to a source channel for the milk.
