An automated teller machine includes a main body; a customer service unit; a deposit/withdrawal unit to separate and stack medium; a tray unit for transferring the medium while reciprocating between the deposit/withdrawal unit and the customer service unit; and a throat unit providing a transfer path of the tray unit. The tray unit includes: a tray bottom plate forming a bottom surface of the tray unit, and a tray rib protruded from a lower surface of the tray bottom plate. The throat unit includes a throat bottom plate forming a bottom surface of the throat unit, and a support member protruded from the throat bottom plate. The tray rib and the support member are arranged without interfering with each other, and overlapped with each other in at least parts of the tray rib and the support member when viewed from a side of the ATM.

A system for the safe coupling of a re-usable bag to a banknote handling and storing machine, the system includes a bag container, having an upper rigid mouth, of a flexible bag permanently fixed to the rigid mouth and of a lid for closing the rigid mouth. The system also includes a bag-holding frame, suitable for being stably fixed to a safe structure of the machine, for supporting and hooking the bag container when placed inside the machine to be filled in with the banknotes, is provided with coupling and hooking electromechanical components between the bag container and the bag-holding frame. The lid for closing the rigid mouth is further provided with an element suitable to allow, on command, the banknotes passing from the machine to the bag through the closed lid when the bag container is correctly inserted inside the machine.
Interactive enclosure with virtual reality
A system and method for providing virtual banking transactions are disclosed. The system comprises a kiosk with an enclosing structure where a user or member of a bank can go to conduct business including various banking transactions. Within the enclosing structure, an interactive system includes a display where a virtual associate can be shown. The interactive system includes slots that can be used to pass documents between the physical and virtual parts of the system.

Control logic is coupled with the first user interface and the second user interface and operable to control the operation of the first and second displays, first and second wireless interfaces, and first and second cash interfaces. A safe is coupled with the control logic, and the first and second cash interfaces. The control logic is operable to have cash selectively delivered from the safe to the first cash interfaces responsive to cash withdrawal transactions conducted at the first terminal and to the second cash interface responsive to cash withdrawal transactions conducted at the second terminal.
