TOUCHLESS TRANSACTION METHOD, TOUCHLESS TRANSACTION SYSTEM, TRANSACTION MANAGEMENT APPARATUS, AND AUTOMATIC TRANSACTION APPARATUS
Disclosed is a touchless transaction method in which a user executes a transaction without operating an automatic transaction apparatus and which is executed by a transaction management apparatus communicably connected to a mobile terminal and the automatic transaction apparatus used by the user. The touchless transaction method includes executing by the transaction management apparatus: an authentication step of authenticating that the user using the mobile terminal is a registered user on a basis of information received from the mobile terminal; a translation control management step of receiving a prescribed transaction content requested by the user from the mobile terminal and managing the received prescribed transaction content; and an instruction step of outputting to the prescribed automatic transaction apparatus an instruction to execute the prescribed transaction content when identification information for identifying the prescribed automatic transaction apparatus to be used by the user is received.
System, Method, and Computer Program Product for a Contactless ATM Experience
Systems, methods, and computer program products for a contactless automated teller machine (ATM) experience receive, from a telephone number, a first short message service (SMS) message including a unique identifier associated with an ATM terminal; in response to receiving the first SMS message, communicate, to the ATM terminal, a first password associated with the telephone number and the unique identifier; receive, from the telephone number, a second SMS message including the first password; verify the first password; in response to verifying the first password, transmit, to the telephone number, a third SMS message including an option to withdraw cash from the ATM terminal; receive, from the telephone number, a fourth SMS message including a selection of the option to withdraw the cash from the ATM terminal; and communicate, to the ATM terminal, a cash dispense command that causes the ATM terminal to dispense the cash.
Videoconferencing with a customer device
In an example embodiment, there is described herein an automated banking machine with a user interface that enables a customer perform a financial transaction. The automated banking machine also comprises a first interface for communicating with a remote service provide and a second interface that can communicate with a customer service device. Upon receiving an input from the customer requesting assistance, the automated banking machine establishes a communication link between the remote service provider and the customer device. The communication link enables audio, video, or a combination of audio and video data to be sent between the customer device and the remote service provider.
SMART GLASS ORCHESTRATION ON CLOSE PROXIMITY ATMS
This disclosure relates to an intelligent smart glasses that may be worn by a customer. The smart glasses may sense cash information on automated teller machine (“ATM”). The smart glasses may accordingly split up a cash transaction across various ATM units in close to proximity to the customer. The smart glasses may split a requested cash transactions among various ATMs so that if the desired amount/denomination of cash is not available at an ATM to the customer, the customer is seamlessly directed to one or more other ATMs that are capable of dispensing the desired amount of cash.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PROCESSING PREAUTHORIZED AUTOMATED BANKING MACHINE-RELATED TRANSACTIONS
A method for facilitating payment transactions includes receiving a transaction request for a payment transaction initiated at a payment terminal device using a transaction card of a user. A predefined category of the user is identified based on the transaction request and a service application is remotely activated in a first operation mode on a user device of the user such that the first operation mode is associated with the identified predefined category. Payment transaction messages associated with the payment transaction are communicated to the activated service application, which translates the payment transaction messages to a predefined message format. In response to the payment transaction messages, first authentication information is received from the activated service application such that the first authentication information is entered by the user in the predefined message format. The payment transaction is processed based on successful authentication of the user.
OMNICHANNEL SYSTEM AND A METHOD FOR PROVIDING FINANCIAL AND BANK SERVICES
A group of inventions relates to an omnichannel system for providing financial and/or bank services, the system comprises a universal physical device for an interactive interaction between a client and at least two financial and/or bank services providers, and a method for providing financial and/or bank services using said system, and which enable to provide an end user with a wide range of the financial and/or bank services within a single interface window on a single peripheral device by using algorithms for processing, filtering, and identifying a client request to the single omnichannel system from all financial and/or bank services providers coupled thereto with the corresponding services and provide an alternative during selection of a certain provider when receiving the above-mentioned service without a need in conduction of a re-identification of the user, thereby facilitating and accelerating the process of providing bank and/or financial services in general.
AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES (ATMs) HAVING OFFLINE FUNCTIONALITY
A device may receive customer data, and store the customer data in a secure memory device of the device. The device may implement a backup mode in which the device utilizes the customer data to authorize requests based on determining that the device lacks a network connection. The device may receive, when the device is in the backup mode, a request for currency that includes authentication information. The device, while in the backup mode, may authorize the request for currency based on comparing the authentication information and the customer data. The device may dispense currency based on a result of comparing the authentication information and the customer data. The device may store transaction data associated with dispensing of the currency to permit the transaction data to be transmitted when the network connection is restored.
INTEROPERABLE MOBILE-INITIATED TRANSACTIONS WITH DYNAMIC AUTHENTICATION
A transaction is pre-staged by providing transaction preferences, such as a financial instrument, a transaction type, and a transaction amount, to a user device. The user device captures a visual code at a terminal, such as an ATM. The visual code includes terminal attributes, including a signed hash and call-back URI. The user device authenticates the visual code using the signed hash and requests the transaction through the issuer server. The issuer server creates and sends the card data to the call-back URI. The terminal uses the card data to create a transaction request it routes to through its acquirer server.
Methods and systems for demonstrating a personalized automated teller machine (ATM) presentation
A computer-implemented method for demonstrating a personalized automated teller machine (ATM) presentation to a user may include: obtaining transaction data of the user via a device associated with the user; obtaining, via the one or more processors, geographic data of the user based on the transaction data; generating, via the one or more processors, ATM data based on the geographic data of the user; obtaining, via the one or more processors, user feedback data based on the ATM data, wherein the user feedback data comprises a selection of an ATM of the list of the ATMs; transmitting, to the selected ATM of the list of the ATMs, presentation data based on the transaction data and the user feedback data; and demonstrating, via the selected ATM of the list of the ATMs, the personalized ATM presentation to the user based on the presentation data.
METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR REMOTELY AUTHORIZING TRANSACTIONS
A system and associated method for authorizing a transaction between a teller device and a user device is disclosed. The system can include a teller device configured to generate a remote signing notification. The system can include a server device configured to receive the remote signing notification from the teller device and generate a transaction document based on the remote signing notification. The system can include a user device configured to display a webpage based on the URI and perform a signature in the signature section of the webpage and transmit the signature from the user device to the server device to authorize the transaction.
