SYSTEM FOR DYNAMIC EXCEPTION PRIORITIZATION
20210398051 · 2021-12-23 ·

A device includes a memory configured to store prioritization thresholds. The prioritization thresholds include one or both of threshold values and threshold ranges associated with an age and an amount of exceptions. A processor of the device receives exceptions associated with operation of at least a portion of the plurality of ATMs. For each exception of the plurality of exceptions, the processor determines, based on a comparison of an age property of the exception to an age threshold of the prioritization thresholds, an age score for the exception. The processor determines, based on a comparison of an amount property of the exception to an amount threshold of the prioritization thresholds, an amount score for the exception. Based on the age and amount scores, a prioritization score is determined for the exception which corresponds to a measure of an order in which action should be taken to resolve the exception.

System and method for redeeming cashless gaming tickets to bank accounts via multifunction ATM

A system and method are provided for redeeming cashless gaming tickets having associated monetary value, such as issued at a cash-out from a gaming machine in a casino. When the customer wishes to redeem the ticket, the ticket is introduced to a multi-function ATM. The ATM then electronically communicates with a ticket redemption system to validate the ticket. The customer may transfer the monetary value associated with the ticket to an account associated with a presented bank card, wherein the ATM transmits a request for transfer to a financial server which transmits a request to a financial network for crediting of the monetary value (such as less a transaction fee) to the customer's bank card account.

Intelligent Processing of Broken or Failed ATM Transactions

Aspects of the disclosure relate to intelligent processing of broken or failed ATM transactions. In some embodiments, a computing platform may receive transaction data associated with a pending transaction initiated on a mobile computing device and generate hash information corresponding to the received transaction data. Then, the computing platform may identify ATMs previously visited by the user. Based on performing analytics on those previously visited ATMs, the computing platform may identify, from those previously visited ATMs, one or more alternate ATMs for completing the pending transaction. Next, the computing platform may send a notification to the mobile computing device that includes navigation information. Thereafter, the computing platform may cause the alternate ATMs to await input from the user by sending the generated hash information. In response to receiving a message indicating completion of the pending transaction, the computing platform may initiate clearing of a pending status of the pending transaction.

SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR CLOUD-BASED MEDIA MANAGEMENT
20210374636 · 2021-12-02 ·

A system and method for managing media replenishment of media terminals is disclosed. The system includes a plurality of media terminals within separate groups of networks which are coupled to a media manager via a wide area network. An agent may be installed at each media terminal. The agent forwards status information about media at each associated media terminal to the media manager via the wide area network. The media manager generates an initial delivery schedule for each media terminal based on accumulated historical device data and initial rules, processes status information for each media terminal received via the wide area network and optimizes a prior delivery schedule for each media terminal based on such received status information to generate an updated delivery schedule for that media terminal, and provides the updated delivery schedule to an administrator for that associated media terminal.

DYNAMIC AUTOMATIC TELLER MACHINE (ATM) REFILLING AND PRE-STAGING ATM TRANSACTIONS

Aspects of the disclosure relate to an automatic teller machine (ATM) network. A computing device may monitor operations in the ATM network. The computing device may determine an ATM refill route for a cash truck based on the monitoring the ATM network and/or based on refill notifications sent by an ATM. An ATM may communicate with a second ATM to pre-stage a user transaction at the second ATM.

Transaction system and method

A method, such as for executing electronic financial transactions, is disclosed herein. The method can include arranging an automated bank terminal and a bank core in communication with one another over a secured internal bank network. The method can also include receiving, at the automated bank terminal, a banking transaction request from a user wherein the banking transaction request is defined by a plurality of transaction details. The method can also include directing, with the automated bank terminal, the banking transaction request to a partner switch outside of the secured internal bank network in response to receiving the banking transaction request.

KIT, SYSTEM AND ASSOCIATED METHOD AND SERVICE FOR PROVIDING A PLATFORM TO PREVENT FRAUDULENT FINANCIAL TRANSACTIONS
20220180347 · 2022-06-09 ·

A system and associated method and service for providing a platform that enables members to transfer, receive, or otherwise exchange cash in various international denominations and commodities, such as precious metals (e.g., gold, silver, etc.), in a mobile highly secured telecommunications environment. The system is capable of delivering cash instantly between two or more users by allowing the exchange of secure transactions between system and cash dispensing machines (ATMs). Users may pay, receive, exchange, deposit, transfer, pay bills, exchange currency, retrieve cash, deposit cash and create accounts based on the mobile phone number or a system generated code.

METHODS AND SYSTEMS FOR ROUTING TRANSACTIONS BETWEEN AUTOMATED TELLER MACHINES, POINTS OF SALE, FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS, AND SOFTWARE WALLETS

A system and method for routing ATM transactions. A transaction request is received at an external application programming interface (API) associated with an account holder. The external API runs on a first processor. The transaction request is validated and authorized at the external API. Information about the transaction is forwarded from the external API to an internal API associated with an automated teller machine (ATM). The internal API runs on a second processor. A unique identifier is generated for the transaction request and provided to a user. The unique identifier is received from the user at the ATM without the user presenting any card and without connecting a mobile device of the user to the ATM. The unique identifier is provided from the ATM to the internal API to confirm a validity of the transaction. The transaction is implemented at the ATM by either dispensing cash or accepting a deposit.

Automated banking system

In an example embodiment, there is disclosed herein an apparatus comprising a first terminal that comprises a first display, a first wireless interface, and a first cash interface, and a second terminal that comprises a second display, a second wireless interface, and a second cash interface. Control logic is coupled with the first user interface and the second user interface and operable to control the operation of the first and second displays, first and second wireless interfaces, and first and second cash interfaces. A safe is coupled with the control logic, and the first and second cash interfaces. The control logic is operable to have cash selectively delivered from the safe to the first cash interfaces responsive to cash withdrawal transactions conducted at the first terminal and to the second cash interface responsive to cash withdrawal transactions conducted at the second terminal.

Metadata driven orchestration engine

An efficient reusable, extensible light weight framework statelessly orchestrates system activities in any application which involves a series of sequential or parallel set of activities involving computational logic, data retrieval and persistence services. Actual orchestration steps and activities and computational logic are specified into configuration files, separate from the orchestration engine itself, thereby eliminating the need to code for such logic and activities. The framework can eliminate the need to code business logic and orchestration of data retrieval services by externalizing them into configuration files, resulting in lower costs to implement, test and maintain such system during its lifespan.
