Dynamic Automatic Teller Machine (ATM) Refilling and Pre-Staging ATM Transactions
Aspects of the disclosure relate to an automatic teller machine (ATM) network. A computing device may monitor operations in the ATM network. The computing device may determine an ATM refill route for a cash truck based on the monitoring the ATM network and/or based on refill notifications sent by an ATM. An ATM may communicate with a second ATM to pre-stage a user transaction at the second ATM.
DUAL-CORE ATM
Disclosed herein are system, method, and computer program product embodiments a dual-core automated teller machine (ATM). The dual core ATM system and method includes two physical central processing units (“computing devices” or “cores”) that are configured to perform operations in coordination with peripheral devices. Peripheral devices of the dual-core ATM system can include a peripheral screen, such as a touch screen, a card reader, a PIN pad (e.g., an encrypted pin pad or “EPP”), a cash dispenser, and a cash deposit module. A peripheral switch can isolate one of the computing devices from the one or more peripheral devices and that can permit the other of the computing devices to control the one or more peripheral devices. By maintaining redundant hardware sets within the ATM enclosure, the system can avoid a necessary reboot or powering-off in the event of, for example, a software failure.
CASH DELIVERY APPLICATION
Systems, methods, and apparatuses described herein relate to a method for delivering cash to a user. The method includes receiving a cash delivery request from a first user device of the user. The method includes generating a cash authentication code (CAC) for the cash delivery request to be verified by a cash dispenser machine. The method may include transmitting the cash delivery request and the CAC to a second user device of a driver. The method may include determining a route for the driver from a first location of the driver, to a second location of a cash dispenser machine, and to a third location of the customer to deliver the cash delivery request. The method may include instructing the cash dispenser machine to dispense cash in response to authenticating the second user device based on the CAC and determining that the first current location is at the second location.
Methods and Systems for Processing Transactions on a Value Dispensing Device Using a Mobile Device
Embodiments provide systems, methods, processes, computer program code and means for using mobile devices to conduct transactions with value dispensing devices.
Method and System of Validating Cash Transactions
A method and system of validating cash transactions which comprises capturing a unique identifier of a banknote, storing the unique identifier against a user identity of a user; and upon receiving the banknote as tender for payment, checking the unique identifier of the banknote against the user identity, requesting an authorization for release of the banknote for payment, and in response to receiving a successful authorization, transmitting an accept banknote message and in response to a failed authorization, transmitting a decline banknote message.
Methods and systems for demonstrating a personalized automated teller machine (ATM) presentation
A computer-implemented method for demonstrating a personalized automated teller machine (ATM) presentation to a user may include: obtaining transaction data of the user via a device associated with the user; obtaining, via the one or more processors, geographic data of the user based on the transaction data; generating, via the one or more processors, ATM data based on the geographic data of the user; obtaining, via the one or more processors, user feedback data based on the ATM data, wherein the user feedback data comprises a selection of an ATM of the list of the ATMs; transmitting, to the selected ATM of the list of the ATMs, presentation data based on the transaction data and the user feedback data; and demonstrating, via the selected ATM of the list of the ATMs, the personalized ATM presentation to the user based on the presentation data.
Systems, methods and devices for ATM access during outages
Disclosed herein are system, method, and device embodiments for ATM access during a power outage. In an example embodiment, an automated teller machine (ATM) may receive power from a mobile device including a banking application, send the power to a rechargeable battery of the ATM, and enter a reduced power mode, wherein the ATM is powered by the rechargeable battery. Further, the ATM may receive a transaction request including an authentication credential from the banking application, determine an account associated with the authentication credential, determine an authorization result indicating whether to perform the transaction request, and generate recordation information corresponding to the authorization result.
Systems and methods for controlling an automated transaction machine
Systems, apparatuses, methods, and computer program products are disclosed for controlling a function of an automated transaction machine (ATM). An example method includes receiving, by query language processing (QLP) circuitry, a query command signal. The example method further includes generating, by the QLP circuitry based on the query command signal, a control signal configured to instruct the ATM to perform the function by crawling a tree-structured menu of the ATM. Subsequently, the example method includes transmitting, by the QLP circuitry to the ATM, the control signal.
Apparatus and methods for conducting ATM transactions
Apparatus and methods 10 are disclosed that provide mainline standard ATMs 12 with enhanced functionality, enabling users 16 to conduct not only conventional transactions such as deposits and/or withdrawals from checking and/or banking accounts, but more sophisticated and complicated transactions that previously have typically required an in-person interaction with a human teller or logging into the user's account via a mobile phone, personal computer, or similar device. A terminal handler 40 coordinates enrollment and verification through a database 42, and routes transactions from the ATM to the appropriate corresponding financial institution.
ADAPTIVE AUTHENTICATION
Systems and techniques for an adaptive authentication system are described herein. In an example, an adaptive authentication system is adapted to receive a request at a first entity from a second entity for secure data of a user, where the second entity is remote from the first entity. The adaptive authentication system may be further adapted to transmit a prompt to a user device associated with the user for authentication of the user and authentication of the request. The adaptive authentication system may be further adapted to receive a response to the prompt and authenticate the user and the request based on the response. The adaptive authentication system may be further adapted to transmit the secure data of the user to the second entity.
