Door unlocking system and door unlocking method

An electronic key executes keyless entry communication or RFID communication. A wireless controller mounted on a vehicle executes keyless entry communication within a range of a radius of several meters to several tens of meters. An RFID reader is assigned to each door and executes RFID communication within a range of a radius of approximately 1 meter. In regards to unlocking the door, the wireless controller issues a password by the keyless entry communication, and a wireless circuit temporarily stores the issued password. The RFID readers search for the password stored in the electronic key by the RFID communication, and the wireless controller unlocks a door corresponding to the RFID reader for which the password was detected.

A remote control including at least one biometric sensor for detection of biometric feature data of the palmar area of a hand, at least one illuminant for illumination or exposure of the palmar area of the hand to be detected, at least one pressure or contact sensor, at least one processor, and one communication interface for generating and receiving commands or data, wherein the activation of the biometric sensor is functionally coupled to an activation of the at least one pressure or contact sensor that is arranged in a circumferential frame and/or in the rear of the remote control.

AUTHENTICATION OF USERS FOR SECURING REMOTE CONTROLLED DEVICES

In one embodiment, a system includes a processing circuit and logic integrated with the processing circuit, executable by the processing circuit, or integrated with and executable by the processing circuit. The logic is configured to cause the processing circuit to limit functionality of a remote controlled device during periods of time that a user of the remote controlled device is not authenticated, and to receive identity information of the user of the remote controlled device via an authentication process, with the identity information establishing an identity of the user. Also, the logic is configured to cause the processing circuit to authenticate the user prior to allowing full functionality of the remote controlled device, send an indication of the identity of the user to the remote controlled device, and provide full functionality of the remote controlled device to the user in response to successfully authenticating the user.

Wearable control device, control system and method for controlling controlled appliance

The present invention provides a wearable control device for controlling a controlled appliance, wherein the wearable control device comprises a biological information input unit for receiving input biological information, a processing unit for determining whether the input biological information is registered biological information and generating a control signal based on said input biological information only when the input biological information is the registered biological information, and a first communication unit for communicating the control signal to the controlled appliance and for receiving a response signal from the controlled appliance. The present invention further provides a control system for controlling the controlled appliance and a corresponding control method.

A remote control apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a key input unit having multiple keys; a reception unit for receiving at least one device identification signal from at least one device or a transmission device corresponding to the device; a processor for detecting an identification signal for a device, which can be remotely controlled, from the at least one received device identification signal, extracting information on a control command for the remote control of the device, on the basis of the detected identification signal, and matching at least one of the multiple keys to the control command for the remote control of the device, on the basis of the extracted information on the control command; and a transmission unit for transmitting a signal corresponding to the control command when the key matched to the control command is selected. Accordingly, the present invention can remotely control multiple devices.

Door unlocking system and door unlocking method

An electronic key actively executes wireless communication following a keyless entry communication and passively executes wireless communication following a RFID communication. A vehicle control device is mounted on a vehicle and actively executes wireless communication following each of the keyless entry communication and RFID communication. An ECU/BCM unlocks a door by communicating with the electronic key using the keyless entry communication and issues a password to the electronic key in relation to this action. When a door knob or handle is pulled, an RFID-IC acquires the password issued by the ECU/BCM from the electronic key using the RFID communication and unlocks the door by authenticating the acquired password.
