PARKING ASSIST
A method for bypass alert, the method may include obtaining during a driving session of a vehicle, sensed information about an environment of the first vehicle, by one of more vehicle sensors of the vehicle; detecting that the vehicle is within a certain distance from a destination of the driving session; detecting, using a first machine learning process, one or more parking indicators that are indicative of an allowable parking area that precedes the vehicle; detecting a vacant parking space within the parking area that is large enough to facilitate a parking of the vehicle within the vacant parking space; and responding to the vacant parking space.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR PARKING SPACE SELECTION AND NAVIGATION BASED ON WEIGHTED PARAMETER COMPARISON
Parking space selection and navigation systems and methods are disclosed. Computing devices are configured to receive a search request from a user device to secure a first parking space, secure a first parking space for the first user device, determine a first value associated with the first parking space and a second value associated with a second parking space based on listing parameters, determine that the second value is greater than the first value by a predefined amount, and, in response to that determination, transmit a message to the user device comprising a prompt configured to secure the second listing and transmitting a second user-selectable message to a second user device, the second user-selectable message comprising a prompt configured to exchange the second parking space with the first with an incentive for the second user device to exchange parking spaces.
DETERMINING SHELTER AREAS FOR TWO-WHEELER VEHICLES
Embodiments relate to a system, computer program product, and method for determining shelter areas for two-wheeler vehicles, and, more specifically, for dynamically distinguishing the behavior of two-wheeler vehicles and non-two-wheeler vehicles as an indicator of shelter areas from inclement weather. The behavior of the vehicles is distinguished through a plurality of two-wheeler vehicles slowing down and congregating at a particular location as a shelter against inclement weather, while non-two-wheeler vehicles may slow down, however, not stop proximate this location.
Systems and methods for parking space selection based on weighted parameter comparison
Parking space selection systems and methods are disclosed. One or more computing devices are configured to determine a first listing value based on one or more listing parameters associated with a first listing, which is secured by a first wireless device. A second listing value is determined based on one or more listing parameters associated with a second listing. The first and second listing value are compared and a difference between them is determined. It is determined whether the difference between the first listing value and the second listing value exceeds a predetermined threshold. In response to the determination that the difference exceeds the predetermined threshold, a user-selectable message is provided on the first wireless device. The user-selectable message includes a prompt configured to secure the second listing. In response to the prompt, the second listing is secured for the first wireless device.
Methods and systems for performing correlation-based parking availability estimation
A method for performing correlation-based parking availability estimation is provided. The method includes retrieving a plurality of parking availability correlation models, wherein each of the parking availability correlation models estimates parking availability for a target parking block based on parking availability for one or more other parking blocks; selecting a subset of the parking availability correlation models, wherein the subset comprises parking availability correlation models that estimate parking availability of the target parking block based on parking availability for one or more other parking blocks for which current parking availability is known; selecting a parking availability correlation model from the subset based on a model quality indicator associated with each parking availability correlation model; and estimating parking availability for the target parking block based on the selected parking availability correlation model.
PREDICTIVE PARKING DUE TO WEATHER
Aspects of the disclosure provide a parking method and system for a vehicle. For example, the parking system can include a processor and an output circuit. As another example, the parking system can include the processor and a compelling unit. The processor can be configured to determine whether a first weather condition, such as snowing, raining, icing and hailing, at a first parking location meets a first criterion, and identify, when the first weather condition meets the first criterion, a second parking location at which a second weather condition meets a second criterion different from the first criterion. The output unit can be configured to output an alert to the vehicle parked at the first parking location indicating that the vehicle is to be moved to the second parking location. The compelling unit can be configured to compel the vehicle to move to the second parking location.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR NAVIGATING VEHICLE TO PICKUP / DROP-OFF ZONE
This document describes methods by which a system determines a pickup/drop-off zone (PDZ) to which a vehicle will navigate to perform a ride service request. The system will access map data that includes the destination interval and define a geometric interval at the requested destination of the ride service request by: (i) using the vehicle's length and the road's speed limit at the destination to calculate a minimum allowable length for the interval; and (ii) setting start point and end point boundaries for the interval having an intervening distance that is equal to or greater than the minimum allowable length. The system will then generate a path to guide the vehicle to the interval.
INTELLIGENT LOCK DATABASE SYSTEM BASED ON UNIQUELY MARKED LOCATION AND LONGITUDE AND LATITUDE
An intelligent lock database system based on uniquely marked location and longitude and latitude, the area contains a number of uniquely marked locations, and the ID locations are bound with the longitude and latitude of the ID locations one to one and stored in the table of ID locations and longitude and latitude of ID Locations in the database: the ID mobile phone can open or close the ID intelligent lock through the server only when the longitude and latitude of the ID location correspond to the longitude and latitude of the ID intelligent lock one to one and when the longitude and latitude of the ID location correspond to the longitude and latitude of the ID mobile phone one to one; the ID mobile phone is uploaded to the server, and the server compares the longitude and latitude of the ID mobile phone.
Parking sensor magnetometer calibration
Various arrangements for determining that a vehicle is present in a parking space are presented. A parking sensor can make a plurality of magnetic field strength measurements using a magnetometer. A determination that the vehicle is parked proximate to the parking sensor device within the parking space can be based on a magnetic field strength measurement in relation to the selected magnetic field strength window.
