HEATING CONTROL METHOD, APPARATUS AND DEVICE
Embodiments of the application disclose a heating control method, device and apparatus. The device is internally provided with a first heating tube and a second heating tube, and a cooking cavity between the first heating tube and the second heating tube is configured to place to-be-heated food. When time reaches a switching time point, a magnitude relationship between heating temperatures of the first heating tube and the second heating tube is switched, so that the effect of turning the food can be achieved to enable the food to be heated uniformly, and prevent a situation in which the food is undercooked or burnt.
COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance includes a door frame that supports a heating part and is coupled to a door such that the heating part is disposed at the door.
Cooking Appliance
A cooking appliance includes an appliance cover, appliance body and inner lid, the appliance cover arranged above the appliance body in a closable and openable manner, the appliance body having a heating structure. The appliance cover includes a cover body that includes a venting passage providing communication between the cooking appliance and the outside, the inner lid detachably mounted to the cover body; a baking assembly arranged below the cover body, the inner lid located below the baking assembly when mounted to the cover body; a venting cap detachably mounted at any one end of the two ends of the venting passage, wherein the venting cap is assembled at a bottom end of the venting passage when the inner lid is dismounted, and the venting cap is assembled at a top end of the venting passage after the inner lid is mounted.
COOKING APPARATUS
A cooking apparatus includes a cooking chamber, a first heating source disposed on an upper side of the cooking chamber, a second heating source disposed on a lower side of the cooking chamber, and a shelf. The first heating source includes including a plurality of heaters and the second heating source includes a magnetron configured to generate high-frequency waves. The cooking chamber includes a first cooking area formed above the shelf and a second cooking area formed below the shelf. The first cooking area supporting a first object to be cooked using the first heating source and the second heating source. The second cooking area supporting a second object to be cooked using the second heating source. The shelf includes a cooking surface and a heat generator. The heat generator is configured to generate heat due to the high-frequency waves and transfer the heat to the cooking surface.
Intelligent identification cooking system for oven
An intelligent identification cooking system of an oven including an image acquisition system, an image analysis and processing system, and a temperature measurement and monitoring system. The image acquisition system is connected to the image analysis and processing system and an intelligent menu control system is connected to the image analysis and processing system and the temperature measurement and monitoring system respectively. Through computer vision and identification technology and temperature sensing technology, parameters such as the type, thickness, size, fattiness and temperature are identified and automatically matched and calibrated to a cooking menu. A control program is output to a control terminal and executed.
CRISP PLATE FOR MICROWAVE OVENS
A plate for a microwave oven includes a substrate layer for supporting food items to be heated in the microwave oven, with the substrate layer having a first surface. The plate also includes a coating layer on the first surface. The coating layer includes at least one of a ferritic material and a boron nitride compound. The coating layer is configured to be heated by electromagnetic radiation irradiated by the microwave oven.
HYBRID COOKING APPLIANCE WITH MULTIPLE HEATING FEATURES
A cooking appliance, as provided herein, may include a cabinet, an induction heating coil, an electric heat-radiation element, and a vertical lift or secondary heating element. The cabinet may define a cooking chamber. The induction heating coil may be mounted within the cabinet below the cooking chamber to direct a magnetic field thereto. The electric heat-radiation element may be mounted within the cabinet above the induction heating coil. The vertical lift may support the electric heat-radiation element within the cooking chamber to adjust a vertical height of the electric heat-radiation element relative to the induction heating coil. The secondary electric heating element may be mounted within the cabinet below the cooking chamber and horizontally spaced apart from the induction heating coil to receive a steam pot.
INDOOR SMOKELESS GRILL AND AIR FRYER COMBINATION DEVICE
The present technology provides a multi-purpose cooking apparatus that provides simultaneous smokeless grilling for food products and air frying for food products utilizing the same fan and heating elements. A lower portion of the apparatus includes an enclosed air fryer cooking chamber with a closable door. The air fryer cooking chamber is heated with heating elements and a fan for blowing heated air through the cooking chamber. The upper portion of the apparatus utilizes the same upper heating elements as the air fryer chamber and includes a grilling surface, such as a grilling plate, in an enclosed interior cooking environment. The fan pulls air from the upper portion, filters smoke from the air, and returns the air to the lower portion of the apparatus. The heated, smokeless, circulated air from the fan is used to air fry in the lower portion.
METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR A HEAT SUPPLY TO A PRODUCT TO BE COOKED
A method for preparing a food or a beverage includes inserting a food thermometer into a product to be cooked and transmitting temperatures measured by the food thermometer to a control device.
