SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR LEARNER GROWTH TRACKING AND ASSESSMENTS
Systems and methods for conducting automated skills mastery assessments in an e-learning environment may include assessing learner engagements with learning resources to produce mastery assessments, using historic interaction data derived through the engagements to train machine learning algorithm(s) to forecast evaluation outcomes of engagements based on engagement patterns indicative of skill fading, imparting learning, initial level of mastery, and/or a difficulty of acquiring mastery, applying the learning algorithm(s) to historic user interactions with learning resources to produce predicted evaluation outcomes, and, based on any differences between predicted outcomes and actual outcomes, refining parameter(s) of a mastery assessment parameter set used in calculating the mastery assessments, where a portion of the parameters correspond to attribute(s) of connections between the learning resources and skills of a skill hierarchy. The connections may be represented by logical indicators of relationships defined between the learning resources and the skills.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR PROVIDING ADVANCED CONTENT INTERACTIVITY FEATURES
Systems and methods for interactively engaging consumers of a media asset are disclosed. The methods allow selection and personalization of a media asset character's name, voice, or dialogue while the media asset is being consumed. The personalization may be propagated through the entire media asset or additionally to other episodes, sequels, and related media assets by identifying and replacing associated metatags. The system determines whether the media asset is being consumed as a group watch where its members are consuming the media asset from different IP addresses or being consumed by viewers in the same room to determine the type of changes allowed. The methods also present queries to engage the viewer, such as by the character asking them a question, and provide supplemental videos to aid in responding to the queries. The responses to queries may also determine the path a story takes in the media asset.

The provided application is executable at the user terminals via web browser or a dedication application installed at a user terminal, for example. A method executed by a computing entity includes generating a virtual reality environment utilizing a group of object representations by rendering an assessment asset for a first set of object representations to produce first portrayal 3-D video frames of a first piece of information for the virtual reality environment. The method further includes obtaining a first conveyance effectiveness level with regards to the first piece of information based on the first portrayal 3-D video frames within the virtual reality environment. When the first conveyance effectiveness level is less than a minimum conveyance effectiveness threshold level, the method further includes rendering an updated first set of object representations based on the first set of object representations and the first conveyance effectiveness level to produce updated first portrayal 3-D video frames for the first piece of information within the virtual reality environment.

According to embodiments of the disclosed technology, a study method and system are provided for motivating students to conduct school exercises while allowing parents to assess whether the students fully comprehend given subject areas. The method may facilitate student interaction within given subject areas. The method & system may employ artificial intelligence in that it may monitor a student's moral and/or motivation while studying a given a subject. As such. the system may detect a dip in moral by assessing several parameters surrounding the answering of one or more questions. The system may, in turn, seek to increase moral by feeding that student easier questions or questions which are deemed to be of a subject area in which the student is proficient. The system may take countermeasures if a student is demonstrating high proficiency in a subject.

In one aspect, a computer-implemented method includes receiving, by a computing device that is configured to grant a given user access to a first group of activity modules based on a classification of the given user, user data and classification data. The method includes granting the user access to a first activity module and a second activity module, and preventing the user from accessing a third activity module. The method includes receiving interaction data based on the user interacting with the first activity module, and determining that the interaction data indicates an improper classification of the user. Based on the interaction data, the method includes maintaining the classification of the user, granting the user access to a fourth activity module, and preventing the user from accessing the second activity module.
Adaptive educational activities
