The induction coil comprises at least one base plate (10) and at least one winding arrangement (12). The winding arrangement (12) includes at least one portion of high winding concentration (18) and at least one portion of low winding concentration (20). The base plate (10) is arranged above one or more winding arrangements (12). The base plate (10) includes at least one conductive portion (14) and at least one non-conductive portion (16). At least one conductive portion (14) of the base plate (10) is arranged above at least one portion of high winding concentration (18) of the winding arrangement (12). At least one non-conductive portion (16) of the base plate (10) is arranged above at least one portion of low winding concentration (20) of the winding arrangement (12). The conductive portion (14) of the base plate (10) is made by at least one conductive material. The non-conductive portion (16) of the base plate (10) is made by at least one non-conductive material and/or formed by at least one cut-out in the base plate (10). Further, the present invention relates to an induction heating appliance. Moreover, the present invention relates to an induction cooking hob.
COOKING APPLIANCE AND RELATED HEATER ASSEMBLY
A cooking appliance includes a housing, a cooking area or volume on or in the housing and a heater assembly for heating the cooking area or volume. The heater assembly includes a heater plate body with a surface having at least one groove therein. The groove includes both a deformable metal sheet element and a resistive heater element therein. The deformable metal sheet element is pressed between an outer surface portion of the resistive heater element and a surface portion of the groove to provide a thermal transfer path from the resistive heating element and to the heater plate body through the deformable metal sheet element.
CONTINUOUS COOKING SURFACE WITH INDIVIDUALLY CONTROLLABLE HEATING ZONES
Examples are disclosed herein that relate to a grill with a continuous cooking surface having individually controllable heating zones separated by one or more isolation zones. One example provides a grill, comprising a grill plate defining a continuous cooking surface comprising a plurality of individually controllable heating zones separated by one or more isolation zones, each heating zone comprising one or more heating elements positioned beneath the grill plate, and each isolation zone comprising a cooling fluid channel, and a cooling fluid circulation system configured to control a flow of a cooling fluid through the cooling fluid channel for each isolation zone.
Electric Baking Tray Compatible with Alternating Current (AC) and Direct Current (DC)
The present application discloses an electric baking tray compatible with alternating current (AC) and direct current (DC), which comprises a front panel, a heating film, a heat insulating device, a bottom case, a control panel, an isolation plate and a DC power supply device; wherein the bottom case is internally provided with the control panel; the DC power supply device is detachably and fixedly connected with the bottom case; the DC power supply device comprises a rechargeable battery, an inverter and a transfer switch which are electrically connected sequentially; and the transfer switch is electrically connected with the power socket and the control panel respectively. In the technical solution, the baking tray is heated more evenly and compatible with AC and DC modes.
Vertical Grill With External Drip Tray Module
A vertical grill comprises a back chimney within the housing having an inlet and an outlet. The inlet is in the form of one or more first openings in the back frame member, and the outlet being a second opening which is higher than the inlet. A first air intake located in at least one of the grill's panels. A removable tray module comprises a slide positioned at an incline between the front and back sides, configured to direct fats and break away solids to the front side of the tray. At least one channel is covered by the slide and configured for air flow. An external receptacle is positioned at the front side of the tray, wherein the slide leads into the receptacle so that fats and break away solids may be channeled into the external receptacle after traveling downwards along the incline of the slide.
ARTICULABLE HEATED COOKING SURFACE WITH FLUID MANAGEMENT AND SAFETY INTERLOCKS
A cooking plate having a cooking surface, in one embodiment, two folding legs and a drip tray. The legs include a recess and the tray includes a sloped land. When the legs are folded into a storage position, the tray is prevented from sliding by the interlock between the land and recess. In a second embodiment, the legs including a tilting/lifting member which is pivotally moveable from a planar position on the leg member surface to a lifting position with a portion of the lifting member being longer than the height of the folding legs. The lifting member portion rests against the folding leg in an over-center splayed angle abutting the folding let to create a stable lifting leg.
GRIDDLE PLATE WITH IMPROVED HEAT TRANSFER
A Mongolian griddle assembly includes a housing including an annular wall and a cylindrical griddle plate disposed horizontally on the annular wall. The cylindrical griddle plate includes a first surface configured to support one or more food items and a second surface opposing the first surface. Projections are disposed on the second surface and extend from the second surface. A heat source is disposed within the housing and below the second surface such that heat generated by the heat source is transferred to the cylindrical griddle plate through the second surface.
TABLETOP GRILL
A tabletop grill generally includes a first grill unit having a first grill plate and a first heating element for heating the first grill plate. The grill further includes a second grill unit positionable relative to the first grill unit. The second grill unit has a second grill plate and a second heating element for heating the second grill plate. The grill is configured to function as a broiler.
COOKING APPLIANCE WITH A COOKING PLATE AND WITH A HEATING DEVICE THEREUNDER
A cooking appliance has a cooking plate for the direct preparation of food products thereon and has a heating device thereunder, wherein the heating device runs parallel to the cooking plate and bears at least partially against the bottom side of the cooking plate. The heating device has a flat carrier disc running parallel to the cooking plate, on the bottom side and top side of which carrier disc there are arranged in each case heating means which in each case substantially cover the carrier disc. Both heating means have in each case a multiplicity of heating conductors to cover the bottom side and top side of the carrier disc. The carrier disc may be composed of micanite, and the heating conductors may be thick-film heating conductors.
