System and Method for Autonomously Cooking Food Products
The autonomous cooking grill comprises a grate or griddle connected to a rotatable hub which is connected to a hub rotating means, all supported by a grill body, wherein when the hub rotating means is activated the hub rotates the grate. In a further embodiment, the autonomous cooking grill comprises a griddle connected to a rotatable hub which is connected to a hub rotating means, all supported by a grill body, wherein when the hub rotating means is activated the hub rotates the griddle. The autonomous cooking grill can have one or more of the additional features of autonomous flipper(s), autonomous ejector(s), autonomous grate cleaner(s) and autonomous temperature probe(s), and bins to store cooked food products ejected from the grill. The features are utilized with suitable food products, such as patties. The autonomous cooking grill can use gas (or alternatively electricity) for cooking and use an electric actuator to turn the grate or griddle. The autonomous cooking grill may additionally comprise a cover to partially cover the grill or griddle. In a further embodiment, there is additionally a center grill for manually cooking food.
GRIDDLE COOKING STATION WITH HOOD AND METHOD THEREOF
Embodiments of a cooking station having a main body and a griddle with a hood pivotably coupled to the griddle are provided. The hood is pivotably moveable between closed and fully open positions. Further, the hood is removable from the griddle to be positioned, for example, along a rear side of the main body in a low-profile position such that the hood may be suspended from the griddle with a hook structure.
Height adjustor for upper griddle platen
A griddle system including a height adjuster setting the gap between the upper platen of an upper platen assembly and a lower platen in a closed position of the upper platen is disclosed.
Rapid cook broiler with movable heat shields for improved temperature control
A rapid cook finish broiler with programmable, movable heat shields that open at the beginning of a cook cycle and close after a set period of time blocking much of the heat from heating elements from reaching food disposed below, enabling users to keep the heat source at a high setting, and having shelves with adjustable heights and a blower system that provides air flow to distribute and direct hot air onto food product to reduce cooking times.
HEIGHT ADJUSTOR FOR UPPER GRIDDLE PLATEN
A griddle system including a height adjuster setting the gap between the upper platen of an upper platen assembly and a lower platen in a closed position of the upper platen is disclosed.
Combination Grill and Griddle Device
A combination grill and griddle device is provided. The device integrates both a traditional grill and a flat-top griddle into a single unit, providing a versatile cooking solution for various outdoor settings. The device comprises a griddle surface and a slotted grate surface. A grease management system with a channel and removable collection member integrated not the griddle surface ensures the disposal of cooking residue. The device may use various fuel sources, including propane, natural gas, or electricity, and features multiple heating elements with independent heat controls for uniform cooking performance. A built-in lid with venting and an integrated thermometer enables temperature regulation for additional cooking functions such as smoking and roasting.
GRIDDLE HAVING CAST ALUMINUM HEAT SINK WITH EMBEDDED HEATING ELEMENT
A griddle comprises a cast aluminum platen with at least one heating element fully encapsulated therein, a thin steel griddle plate abutting the platen, and a spring-loaded compression assembly configured to maintain tight contact between the platen and plate while accommodating differential thermal expansion. The griddle further includes a plurality of threaded studs, heavy-duty springs, and spring supports, as well as an insulation layer and bottom enclosure to minimize heat loss and protect internal components. The heating element is regulated by a temperature controller, and the griddle may be configured for multiple temperature zones with independent control. The griddle delivers improved thermal conductivity, energy efficiency, temperature consistency, and durability for commercial cooking applications.
COOKING APPLIANCE
A cooking appliance includes a base unit and a heating unit. The heating unit may be attached to the base unit in a first cooking position or configuration for heating food located within a cooking receptacle of the base unit. A locking mechanism may lock the heating unit to the base unit in the first cooking position. The heating unit may be detached from the base and placed atop of a support surface in a second cooking position that is an inverted orientation relative to the first cooking position. In the second cooking position, food may be placed onto the exposed upper surface of the heating unit for cooking. In the second cooking position, a cooking plate may be placed atop of the upper surface of the heating unit to support food thereon for cooking.
Electric Grill with Enhanced Conductive Heating
An electric cooking device having an electrically powered heat source that provides thermal energy to a cooking surface, and a lid that closes to cover the cooking surface, the lid having a searing tube that provides radiative heat toward the cooking surface.
Cooking device with a control linkage
A cooking device is provided. In one embodiment, the cooking device includes a base having a recessed cavity arranged in a top surface. The cooking device can also include a heating element arranged within the recessed cavity of the base. A first bracket can be positioned on the base, and a cooking plate can be positioned on the top surface of the base. A lid assembly can be provided and can include a cover plate configured to be removably positioned over the cooking plate. The cover plate can include a plurality of through-holes arranged therein. A second bracket can be positioned on the cover plate and it can be configured to couple to the first bracket such that the lid assembly is connected to and rotatable relative to the base.
