FIRE PIT SYSTEMS AND METHODS OF MAKING AND USING THE SAME
Fire pit systems are disclosed. Methods of making and using fire pit systems are also disclosed.
GRID FOR COOKING FOOD
A grid for cooking food, in particular for equipping a barbecue; the grid comprising a plate which has an upper face, configured for being set in contact with the food, and a lower face, configured for facing a heat source; the upper face comprising a plurality of channels parallel to one another and configured for conveying liquids; each channel being separated from the adjacent channel by a partition; the plate comprising a plurality of through openings for enabling the hot air and the combustion fumes produced by the heat source to lap the food; wherein the openings are provided at the portions of connection of two adjacent channels with the corresponding partition so as to provide paths for the hot air and combustion fumes that have an inlet on the lower face and two lateral outlets towards two adjacent channels.
Firebox with fire/air control for kamado style stove
A firebox assembly for generating smoke and conveying controlled amounts of smoke and air for a kamado oven. A firebox assembly has a door leading to a fire chamber, in turn, having an exit opening for smoke to flow into a smoke chamber. A chimney connected to the smoke chamber has slide gates to control the flow of smoke from the smoke chamber into the kamado oven. Further, the gates allow the smoke to be exhausted to the atmosphere and further allow atmospheric air to enter into the chimney eventually flowing to the kamado oven.
Cooking apparatus and accessories
A cooking apparatus is described including: at least one grill element including a cooking surface for supporting foodstuffs which in use are heated on the cooking surface; and a cleaning device for cleaning at least a portion of the cooking surface, the cleaning device including a surface cleaning element and a movement mechanism, the movement mechanism being arranged to move the cleaning element across the cooking surface; and at least one motor for driving the movement mechanism.
Collapsible cart
A compact and easy to assemble grill cart to support a collapsible grill cart that includes a base portion, to which side frames can be coupled, and that permits the grill cart to be stored in a compact, folded configuration. The side frames of the cart can be expanded or unfolded to provide a stable structure that can support a cooking unit, such as a grill, grill insert, or firebox. Such a collapsible grill cart can also include doors that provide enclosed storage space within the expanded cart and wheels to facilitate transportation.
FUEL SOURCE COMBUSTION ASSEMBLY AND COOKING APPARATUS
A fuel source combustion assembly is configured to allow for easy and safe reloading of a pre-ignited fuel source, in particular charcoal, into a cooking apparatus, such as a smoker, barbecue grill, indoor cooker, and the like. The assembly has a housing, to an inside of which a hamper is installed so as to be able to rotate through an opening on an outside wall of the housing. While in the rotated position, hamper is configured to present a rectangular opening, into which the fuel source may be poured. After the hamper is loaded, it can be rotated so as to be back inside of housing to be secured securely (e.g., by an external door).
Portable outdoor cooker
A portable outdoor cooker may include a cooking chamber and a burn chamber each configured to be removably operably coupled to each other. The portable outdoor cooker may be configured to be selectively transitioned between a deployed use configuration in which the cooking chamber and the burn chamber are removably operably coupled to each other and a collapsed non-use configuration in which the cooking chamber and the burn chamber are decoupled from each other. When the portable outdoor cooker is in the collapsed non-use configuration, the cooking chamber is capable of receiving and housing the entire burn chamber therein such that, when the entire burn chamber is placed within the cooking chamber and a top hood of the cooking chamber is in a closed position, the entire burn chamber is capable of being stowed within the cooking chamber beneath the top hood.
Gas cylinder cart securable to gas grill
A securable cart assembly for a gas grill that allows easy transport and installation, and which permits the cart and associated gas cylinder tank to cooperate with and be secured to a gas grill assembly.
GRIDDLE COOKING STATION WITH HOOD AND METHOD THEREOF
Embodiments of an outdoor cooking station with a cooking chamber configured to be heated with smoke. The outdoor cooking station includes a pivoting hood to move the hood between closed and open positions. In one embodiment, upon the hood being in the closed position, the hood includes a vertically oriented surface with openings to vent the heated smoke.
Method For Illumination of Outdoor Cooking Grill Surface
Disclosed is a method for providing immediate, direct illumination of the cooking surface of an outdoor cooking grill. The method employs the installation of a one-piece metallic light fixture holder attachable to cooking grills which have a hinged, curvilinear grill cover. The light fixture holder comprises a rigid, symmetrically-bent channel member, at least one horizontally-oriented curvilinear attachment arm, fastening tabs, and at least one pre-drilled hole in each fastening tab, said holes, corresponding to holes commonly used to attach a handle to a grill cover. The pre-drilled holes of the fastening tab of the light fixture holder allow the light fixture holder to be easily fastened and co-located in holes provided for the original manufacturer's grill cover handle. An appropriately-sized LED or battery-powered light fixture is then securely placed within the channel segment of the light fixture holder.
