The first and second fixing mounts are fitted with two ends of the connection holder, respectively, wherein each of the first fixing mount and the second fixing mount includes two coupling bolts, and each of the two coupling bolts is fitted with said each slot. The first fixing mount also includes a first support segment arranged on a top thereof, and the second fixing mount also includes a second support segment arranged on a top thereof, hence the first support segment and the second support segment support the body.
AIR VENT CONTROLS FOR GRILLS
A grill assembly includes a cooking chamber, and a first vent and a second each having a plurality of vent settings. Each vent setting of the first vent corresponds to a different level of airflow in the cooking chamber, and each vent setting of the second vent corresponds to a different level of airflow in the cooking chamber. Each vent setting of the first vent is designated with a color, and each vent setting of the second vent is designated with a color. The assembly is adapted for one cooking configuration in response to the vent setting of the first vent and the vent setting of the second vent having a matching color, and another cooking configuration in response to the vent setting of the first vent and the vent setting of the second vent having another matching color. Other example vents, grill assemblies, etc. are also disclosed.
Portable collapsible grill
A portable collapsible grill including a grill body having a firebox and a hood pivotally attached to the firebox to cover a top side thereof. A cooking assembly disposed within the firebox is configured to permit gas grilling. Vents and an access door are disposed on a firebox rear side. A retractable leg assembly, disposed on a firebox bottom side, includes a housing having an upper wall attached to the bottom side and a lower wall, a leg disposed on the lower wall proximal each one of a corner of the housing, and a lockable caster wheel disposed on each leg. A single side shelf is pivotally disposed on each of a right and left side of the firebox proximal the top side. A cooking tool hanger body is disposed on one of the right and left sides in a position below the respective side shelf.
KAMADO-STYLE GRILL ASSEMBLIES INCLUDING HEAT SPREADERS AND/OR SUPPORT BRACKETS
A kamado-style grill assembly includes a vessel, a fire bowl, and a unit extending through an opening of the vessel for positioning below an opening of the fire bowl. The unit may include a gas burner configured to radiate heat into the fire bowl. In such examples, the grill assembly may further include a heat spreader removably coupled to the unit The heat spreader is formed at least partially of a thermally conductive material to absorb heat radiated from the gas burner and spread heat away from the gas burner. In other examples, the grill assembly may additionally and/or alternatively include a support bracket removably coupled to the fire bowl. The support bracket extends across at least a portion of an opening of the fire bowl for supporting a structure. Other example kamado-style grill assemblies and methods of installing components of kamado-style grills are also disclosed.
Collapsible Cart
A compact and easy to assemble grill cart to support a collapsible grill cart that includes a base portion, to which side frames can be coupled, and that permits the grill cart to be stored in a compact, folded configuration. The side frames of the cart can be expanded or unfolded to provide a stable structure that can support a cooking unit, such as a grill, grill insert, or firebox. Such a collapsible grill cart can also include doors that provide enclosed storage space within the expanded cart and wheels to facilitate transportation.
GRILL COVER ASSEMBLY
In some aspects, the techniques described herein relate to an assembly configured to cover a barbecue grill, including a cover including an upper section and a lower section, wherein the upper section is configured to selectively cover and uncover a hood of the barbecue grill, wherein an inner surface of the upper section includes a loop; a stand including a hook, wherein the hook is configured to hold the loop such that the stand supports the upper section.
Grill with cold smoke grilling modes
A grilling device includes an auger feeder system, a heating element, a blower and a temperature control system. The temperature control system includes at least a first temperature sensor inside the firepot and a second temperature sensor inside a cooking chamber above the firepot. The heating element can also serve as the first temperature sensor. A method for controlling the temperature of the grill can include receiving temperature feedback information from one or more of the temperature sensors and adjusting power provided to the auger feeder system, heating element, and blower. The temperature control system produces cold smoke resulting from the combustion of lignin in solid wood fuel while minimizing temperatures inside the cooking chamber.
Roaster structure with cover supporting member for achieving secure angular positions
A roaster structure with a cover supporting member for achieving secure angular positions includes a roaster body and a ceramic cover in addition to the cover supporting member for achieving secure angular positions. The cover supporting member for achieving secure angular positions includes: a lower supporting member fixedly provided on one side of the roaster body and having a first joining end and at least one limiting groove; an upper supporting member pivotally joined to the lower supporting member and having a second joining end; at least one position-limiting member fixed on the upper supporting member and slidably inserted into the at least one limiting groove; and an extensible and retractable bar joined between the two joining ends. The ceramic cover can be lifted open and closed with respect to the roaster body and secured at any angular position via the cover supporting member for achieving secure angular positions.
Portable Barbecue Oven
A portable barbecue oven includes an oven body, a scissor-shaped frame movably attached to the oven body having a first bracket and a second bracket, and two guiding wheels; the top end of the first bracket is adjustable relative to the oven body through a folding mechanism, and the folding mechanism includes a connection member and an adjustment piece; the adjustment piece has a slot for the connection member to pass through, the connection member can slide inside the slot so as to achieve the unfolding or folding of the scissor-shaped frame. Furthermore, during operation, the frame is lifted up and down stably by the rolling of the guiding wheel and the connection member is positioned by the position locking hole, so that the barbecue oven can be effectively prevented from toppling over during the unfolding or folding process.
