HEATING APPARATUS
A heating apparatus can include a fire cage defining a cage space containing heated fuel. The heating apparatus can also include a container configured to be supported by the fire cage at a container position, wherein the container is above at least a portion of the cage space. The container can be designed to hold burning fuel above the heated fuel. Also, a heating apparatus can be arranged to form a food grill, and the heating apparatus can be rearranged to form a fire cage configuration. A thermal store can be placed in a heat collecting position on a side of the fire cage in a first location to heat the thermal store. The thermal store can be moved away from the fire cage and can be positioned in a second location away from the fire cage to emit thermal energy to heat air around the second location.
MULTI-USE COOKING APPARATUS
Apparatus comprising: a body defining: a cooking chamber; a lateral vent extending horizontally from the cooking chamber; and an anterior vent extending vertically from the cooking chamber; a firebox disposed in lateral relation to the cooking chamber; a breather adapted, when in communication with the atmosphere, to provide for fluid communication between the atmosphere and the cooking chamber; a fire tray having an operative position in the cooking chamber above the breather; and a valve arrangement operatively disposed between the firebox and atmosphere, the firebox and the cooking chamber, the breather and the atmosphere, the anterior vent and the atmosphere and the lateral vent and the atmosphere and having an offset smoking configuration which provides, when the firebox is in receipt of a fire, for fluid communication between the atmosphere, the firebox, the cooking chamber, the lateral vent and the atmosphere, to define an offset smoker; and a grilling configuration which provides, when the firetray is in receipt of a charcoal fire, for fluid communication between atmosphere, the breather, the cooking chamber and the atmosphere, to define a charcoal grill.
Temperature Controlled Charcoal Grill and Smoker
The disclosed embodiments provide a temperature controlled charcoal grill and smoker that enables users to better control the cooking and smoking temperature relative to previous solutions. In some embodiments, for example, a user may place a divider in the interior of a fuel basket to coarsely adjust the amount and type of solid fuel used to heat a food-cooking enclosure of the temperature controlled charcoal grill and smoker. In addition, the user can also position a heat deflector tent above one or more heat transfer openings in a grease tray to further adjust the cooking and smoking temperature. Further still, the user can provide even finer control (including closed-loop control) over the cooking and smoking temperature using a controller that controls the speed of a fan that directs combustion air into the fuel basket.
GRILL DEVICE THAT PREVENTS BURNING OF GRILLED FOOD
Disclosed is a grill device that prevents burning of grilled food. The grill device that prevents burning of grilled food according to the present invention prevents, when grilled food such as meat is cooked using solid fuel, melted fat released from the grilled food from dropping directly onto the surface of the solid fuel. Therefore, the grill device can not only prevent the generation of carcinogens produced during burning of melted fat, but can also save fuel by structurally improving the existing grill device that consumes a lot of solid fuel.
FULL AUTOMATIC DONER KEBAB CUTTING ROBOT
An automatic doner kebab cutting robot comprises; position sensors perceiving positions of the engine to introduce to the processor providing rotation movements of first engine providing vertical movement of cutting rod in second axis, a second engine providing horizontal movement of cutting rod in third axis, an engine providing movement of the knife of cutting rod in first axis, an engine providing rotation movement of doner kebab skewer in fourth axis, at least one scanner and/or laser perceiving starting point, height and diameter of doner kebab on it to introduce to the processor, at least 1 temperature sensor perceiving the value achieved by measuring temperature of doner kebab to introduce to the processor, a scanner and/or laser, control system (PLC/PIC) sending commands transferred by position sensors and temperature sensors and in this direction, to make furnace, doner kebab skewer, cutting rod and cutting knife it is connected to, move synchronously.
Gravity Fed Smoker
A gravity fed smoker includes a smoking enclosure and an external stack. The stack is double walled with an inner wall, and an outer wall. A vented cooling space exists between the inner wall and the outer wall. An inner chamber of the external stack includes a fire box with a fire grate and a feed hopper positioned above the fire box. A smoke tunnel with a series of openings for releasing smoke into the smoking enclosure extends along the bottom of the food smoking enclosure and is connected to the external fire box at one end. Fuel, including charcoal, lump coal, or wood pellets, is loaded into the feed hopper. As the fuel burns on the fire grate and turns to ashes, the fuel is fed from the hopper onto the fire grate by gravity. A fan and dampers controls air flow through the fire grate and into the smoke tunnel.
Cooking stone apparatus with rotatable cooking surface
A cooking stone apparatus with a rotatable cooking surface for use in conventional ovens, barbecue grills and the like includes a stationary bottom support plate and a cooking stone rotatably supported on top of the stationary bottom support plate. The cooking stone has a perimeter edge with one or more engagement points for receiving a tangential force without slippage, such that when a tangential force is applied to any of the one or more engagement points, the cooking stone rotates about the perpendicular axis of the support plate.
Ceramic pellet grill
A pellet grill includes a ceramic oven body and a ceramic inner liner. The oven body includes a first through-hole in its side. A conduit is inserted through the first through-hole into the oven body. A firepot is removably coupled to the conduit toward an end of the conduit that is within the oven body. The inner liner conforms to a shape of, and fits to a portion of, an oven body inner wall. The inner liner covers the conduit and includes a second through-hole aligned with the firepot. A bulge in the inner liner conforms to a shape of the conduit within the ceramic oven body and may protect the conduit from cooking debris and from heat, rising from a flame in the firepot, that circulates within a portion of the oven body that is above the inner liner. The firepot receives fuel and air via the conduit.
Portable Open Flame & Charcoal Grill
A dual purpose outdoor device that combines the benefits of a portable fire pit that allows the construction of an open fire of charcoal or wood on the ground or just above the ground, with a portable grill that allows for cooking food over a wood or charcoal fire. The device has upper and lower fire chambers, top and bottom lids, and an adjustable ancillary ring shaped grill and grill cover. Latches on the components and lids allow the device to be closed and transported and/or to be used for storage of utensils and grilling accessories.
