SUCTION MOUNT FOR VEHICLE CAMERA
An improved mounting system for mounting an onboard camera in a vehicle includes a suction cup that can visibly display information to persons outside of the vehicle in response to inputs from a vehicle security system or from an owner or other authorized user. The mounting system can be mounted to the interior surface a vehicle windshield or other window with the suction cup, which can project such information to persons outside of the vehicle.
Animated poster
An animated poster system including a simulation panel, an image server having appropriately processed media, and a projector enable a moving image to appear on a textured surface of the panel with no detectable projection devices. The simulation panel includes a portion that, when illuminated by the projector with the media, appears to be paper that is wrinkled, torn, and/or pasted to the wall, and includes graphics that also appear to be printed but include moving images. The animated poster system can produce a convincing illusion of an animated poster, even at close observing distances.

IMAGE DISPLAY DEVICE
An image display device according to an aspect of the present technology includes an emission portion, a transparent base material, an irradiation target, and an optical portion. The emission portion emits image light along a predetermined axis. The transparent base material includes a tapered surface having a tapered shape along the predetermined axis. The irradiation target is disposed at at least a part around the predetermined axis along the tapered surface. The optical portion controls an incident angle of the image light on the irradiation target, the image light having been emitted from the emission portion, the optical portion being disposed in a manner that the optical portion faces the emission portion on the basis of the predetermined axis.
Image processing method and device for projecting image of virtual reality content
The present invention relates to a technology for a sensor network, machine to machine (M2M) communication, machine type communication (MTC), and the Internet of things (IoT). The present invention can be utilized for intelligent services (smart home, smart building, smart city, smart car or connected car, health care, digital education, retail, security and safety-related services, and the like) based on the technology. The present invention relates to an efficient image processing method and device for virtual reality content, and according to one embodiment of the present invention, the image processing method for projecting an image of virtual reality content comprises the steps of: acquiring a first planar image projected by dividing a front part and a rear part of a spherical image for expressing a 360-degree image; generating a second planar image projected by sampling the first planar image on the basis of a pixel position; and encoding the second planar image.

Water and Lighting Displays Including Unmanned Aerial System
A water and lighting display that includes an unmanned aerial system (UAS) is disclosed. The UASs may illuminate water shot out of the water fountains, may fly in formation or may include removable payloads.
Tethered Unmanned Aerial System
A tethered unmanned aerial system (UAS) is described, wherein the flight of one or more UASs may be used in connection with a water and light display.
DISPLAY APPARATUS AND CONTROL METHOD FOR DISPLAY APPARATUS
A display apparatus includes a laser radiation device, an object detection device, and a control device. The laser radiation device is configured to radiate laser light of a predetermined wavelength range to a display position in a gas to form a plasma in the display position. The object detection device is configured to detect presence or absence of an object in a predetermined space. The control device is configured to determine the predetermined space on a basis of the display position and intensity of the laser light scattered in the display position or having passed the display position.
Portable Real Estate Reservation
A system and method are disclosed permitting the reservation of a publically accessible stationary location, such as a parking spot along a public highway, a parking lot, or a parking ramp. In some aspects, selection of mobile unit types, media messages to be presented, and/or the times that the stationary location is to be occupied by a reserving mobile unit is permitted. The system may also determine a value assigned to the locations or other of the above-mentioned characteristics. The mobile unit makes a determination of its geographic location and transmits the geographic location, and also sends an acknowledgement that the mobile unit occupies the selected location. The mobile unit may be a self-powered vehicle, towable vehicle, portable station, ground vehicle, nautical vehicle, and airborne vehicle.
