A system and method for installing a ground-based advertising unit is provided. The ground-based advertising unit comprises an aperture for accepting a fastener. A hole is drilled into a surface. An adhesive is applied to the hole. An anchor which is configured to mate with the fastener is inserted into the hole. The adhesive is cured. The fastener is inserted through the aperture. The fastener is mated with the anchor.

A doormat has a base member. A slot is formed in the base member, the slot running along a length and width of the base member. An opening is formed through a top surface of the base member into the slot. An insert is provided. The insert is approximately a size of the base member and configured to be slideable within the slot formed in the base member.
Weather-Resistant, Crush-Resistant Lighted Panel for Roadways, Driveways or Walkways
Disclosed is a weather-resistant and crush-resistant display panel for placement on or in the surface of roadways, driveways, walkways, patios, or other locations and substrates. The panel is sealed within a polycarbonate enclosure with installed electro (electric/electronic) components that are protected by the set-up polycarbonate which cooperates with the enclosure and its installed components to become structurally reinforced. Light generated within or directed through the polycarbonate carries images/logos for displays, from these difficult roadways, driveways or walkways installation environments, for convenient and effective viewing by the public.
Retractable realtor display sign
The retractable realtor display sign displays an image. The image comprises indicia that symbolize a sentiment. The retractable realtor display sign comprises a mesh screen, a scroll apparatus, a free sleeve, a deployment apparatus, and a display structure selected from a plurality of display structures. The mesh screen attaches to the scroll apparatus. The free sleeve attaches to the mesh screen. The deployment apparatus secures the free sleeve to a display structure selected from the plurality of display structures. Each of the plurality of display structures is a pedestal that transfers the load path of the balance of the retractable realtor display sign to a supporting surface. The scroll apparatus stores the mesh screen such that the mesh screen deploys for display and retracts for storage.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GROUND-BASED ADVERTISING
An advertising unit includes a transparent or translucent cover. A back unit includes a base as well as first and second side ridges which extend from, and along, side edges of the base. A track defined by the first and second side ridges is configured to receive the cover in a sliding arrangement. The space between said cover and said back unit defines a cavity configured to receive one or more advertisements.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR GROUND-BASED ADVERTISING
A method for installing an advertising unit on a ground surface includes cleaning an installation area located at the ground surface, applying an adhesive at the installation area, depositing the advertising unit at the installation area atop the adhesive, and curing the adhesive. In some embodiments, the advertising unit comprises a back unit having a track which accommodates a cover in a sliding fashion. In some embodiments, the installation area may be excavated to render an upper surface of the advertising unit flush with the surface of the ground when deposited.
Flexible Yard Signs
A flexible yard sign that includes a spike, a platform attached to the spike, a spring attached at one end of the platform, and a sign panel secured to the end of the spring opposite the platform, installable with the spike portion inserted vertically into the ground, so that the spring and sign panel combination extend above the ground in a manner that provides for the combination to flex or bend when contacted by another object and then return to its original or upright position after contact.

A wireless smart mat receives a sensing signal detected by a transmitting end, and comprises a foot mat, and a display mat unit comprising a frame with a recess to form an accommodating portion for accommodating a power supply module and a magnetic element; a backlight module disposed in the recess and comprising at least one circuit board electrically connected to the power supply module and provided with light-emitting members; at least one magnetic sensing module disposed on the circuit board; a first wireless transmission and receiving module for receiving the sensing signal; a gravity sensing module for detecting a change in acceleration and generating a voltage signal; a first control module for turning on and off the backlight module; a panel accommodated in the recess; and a bottom plate assembled on another side of the frame. The display mat unit is installed in the foot mat.
Three-dimensional graphics made on grass using a chlorophyll-based agent
A system for creating three-dimensional grass graphics can include a means for cutting grass with an adjustable cutting height, a chlorophyll-based agent for coloring grass, and at least one stencil. The chlorophyll-based agent can be non-detrimental to a health of the grass and can be available in multiple shades. The stencil can be securable to the grass and can define a graphic to be painted on the grass using the chlorophyll-based agent. The means for cutting the grass can be able to pass over and around the stencil without damaging the stencil. Application of different shades of the chlorophyll-based agent to varying heights of grass can produce a three-dimensional effect for the graphic when viewed.
SIGN ASSEMBLY WITH REMOVABLE SIGN PANEL AND RELATED METHOD
A sign frame includes spaced apart first and second upright frame members, a first lateral frame member extending between the first upright frame member and the second upright frame member, and a second lateral frame member extending between the first upright frame member and the second upright frame member, the second lateral frame member spaced vertically below the first lateral frame member to define a sign panel receiving space therebetween. The first lateral frame member includes a lower side with a downward facing panel receiving slot. The second lateral frame member includes an upper side with an upward facing panel receiving slot. The downwardly facing panel receiving slot is sized and configured for permitting an upper edge section of a sign panel to be shifted upward and pivotably moved within the downwardly facing panel receiving slot.
