In exemplary aspects, the athletic bib may be formed of a knit material comprising a plurality of perforations. The athletic bib may further comprise a releasable adhesive that is selectively applied to the surface of the athletic bib that is configured to be applied to an apparel item. The first strap including a plurality of notches, wherein one of the plurality of notches connects to the buckle to allow the waistband to be worn around a wearer's waist. The display panel frame includes a second strap and a first attachment mechanism. The second strap includes a plurality of notches. Moreover, the panel includes one or more visual elements imprinted thereon. The second attachment mechanism connects the panel to the display panel frame by attaching one or more of the plurality of holes located on a left side of the top edge of the panel to one or more of the plurality of notches located on a left side of the second strap and by attaching one or more of the plurality of holes located on a right side of the top edge of the panel to one or more of the plurality of notches located on a right side of the second strap. The one or more visual elements imprinted on the panel are visible when the panel is deployed and the one or more visual elements imprinted on the panel are not visible when the panel is retracted.

The advertising agency device receives an advertising option and advertising expense data from the advertiser device and provides advertising data according to the advertising option to the advertisement medium through the mobile terminal so that the advertisement medium outputs an advertising content corresponding to the advertising data. The advertising agency device determines an advertising validity which indicates whether the advertising content is output according to the advertising option and paying an advertising fee to an account of the user when the advertising content is determined to be output according to the advertising option.
