A display device includes a display panel including a plurality of sensing lines and a plurality of pixels each connected to a corresponding sensing line among the plurality of sensing lines, a sensor that senses characteristic information of the plurality of pixels through the plurality of sensing lines and converts the characteristic information into sensing data having a digital format, and a compensator that converts first data received from outside of the display device into second data based on the sensing data, wherein the sensor senses characteristic information of pixels arranged in a partial area of the display panel during a transition period of a sensing period and processes sensed characteristic information as dummy data.

A display system includes a first memory and a display driver. The display system is configured to control the first memory to receive compensation information from the first memory with a first frequency and generate data signals for image data to be displayed on a display panel. The generation of the data signals comprises performing a compensation for the data signals based on the compensation information received from the first memory. The display driver is further configured to update pixels of the display panel with the data signals during an active display state. The display driver is further configured to generate updated compensation information based at least in part on the image data and the compensation information received from the first memory and transmit the updated compensation information to the first memory during the active display state with a second frequency lower than the first frequency.

The present disclosure provides an apparatus and method for controlling a display module, and a display device. The apparatus for controlling the display module includes a voltage sampling circuit and a data processing circuit. The voltage sampling circuit may acquire a data voltage and a common voltage and transmit the acquired data voltage and common voltage to the data processing circuit. The data processing circuit may determine, based on the data voltage and the common voltage, whether liquid crystal molecules are deflected abnormally, and control a main control circuit to restart if the liquid crystal molecules are deflected abnormally.

A display control apparatus comprises a first display unit capable of being viewed via an eyepiece part, a second display unit capable of being viewed without the eyepiece part, an eye approach detection unit configured to detect an eye approaching to the eyepiece part, a sight line detection unit configured to detect a sight line of the eye that is viewing the first display unit via the eyepiece part, and a control unit configured to perform control to stop display of the first display unit if a sight line is not detected by the sight line detection unit within a first time period in a state where the eye approaching is being detected by the eye approach detection unit.

The method includes receiving, by the display device in the customized mode, a push instruction for playing a media file transmitting from the mobile device, lighting the screen, and playing the media file according to the push instruction so as to make the display device enter a normal operating mode.

The present disclosure relates to an electroluminescent display device and a method for sensing electrical characteristics thereof, and the electroluminescent display device includes a display panel including a plurality of pixels including a sensing pixel and a non-sensing pixel connected to each data line, the plurality of pixels sharing one sensing line, a sensing circuit configured to sense an electrical characteristic value of the sensing pixel based on a sensing voltage applied to the shared sensing line, and a feedback unit configured to apply a feedback voltage according to the sensing voltage applied to the shared sensing line to the data line of the non-sensing pixel.

A power voltage generator includes a charge pump and a regulator. The charge pump generates a charge pumping voltage. The charge pumping voltage has a headroom margin which is automatically set. The charge pumping voltage is varied based on a target voltage. The regulator generates a power voltage based on the charge pumping voltage.

A power circuit according to the present disclosure may include a multiplexer connected to a first power line and a second power line and selecting and outputting one of a first voltage supplied through the first power line and a second voltage supplied through the second power line. Further, the power circuit may include a first power circuit which generates a first driving voltage and a second driving voltage by using a voltage supplied from the multiplexer, recognizes whether there is the first voltage supplied through the first power line, and does not output the first driving voltage when the first voltage is not recognized.

The image controlling module continuously receives an input image from an image sensitive device after activates, and directly outputs the received input image. The system controlling module constantly monitors the primary system module after activates to determine whether the primary system module activates completely. The primary system module runs an operating system after being activated to process the input image and to generate a processed image. After the primary system module activates completely, the image controlling module outputs both the input image and the processed image simultaneously. When the primary system module is abnormal, the image controlling module restores to output the input image only.
