DEVICE FOR CUTTING FOOD
A device (1) for cutting food comprises a cutting unit (10) having a rotatable carrier (20), a slicing knife (21) associated with the carrier (20) at one side of the carrier (20) for slicing the food, and at least one dicing knife associated with the carrier (20) at another side of the carrier (20) for dicing the food. The cutting unit (10) furthermore comprises a protection element (30) which is designed to be arranged vis-à-vis a side of the carrier (20) where the dicing knife associated with the carrier (20) is present, for delimiting a dicing space for the dicing knife associated with the carrier (20) to move through during operation, wherein the protection element (30) is equipped with at least one annular groove (33) at a side for facing the carrier (20), for receiving a free end of the dicing knife associated with the carrier (20).
MODIFIED DICING PROCEDURE FOR A FOOD PROCESSOR
A food processing device (10) includes a drive assembly coupled to a dualaction cutting tool (20) and a single-action dicing tool (40). First and second cutting assemblies (51, 52) are disposed on the cutting tool (20) and are adapted to make first and second cuts in a food substrate as the cutting tool (20) rotates within a food processing path (26). The cutting tool (20) is further adapted to urge the cut food substrate towards and through the dicing tool (40) where generally parallel spaced-apart blades (66) further cut the food substrate to form diced food elements. The sequential cutting arrangement of the cutting tool (20) and the dicing tool (40) provides for a food processing device (10) that is capable of dicing a food substrate with lower torque and lower power requirements as compared to conventional dicing methods.
Blending container to fill food pouches and the like
The present invention comprises novel methods, devices, and systems, such as blending containers configured to be used with a blender or food processor. The system comprises a blending container configured to attach to a blender or blender base unit with at least one aperture which may be positioned anywhere on the blending container. In preferred embodiments, the system comprises one or more nozzles, which may be temporarily attached to an opening or sprout on a food and beverage pouch, are configured to attach to or be positioned over one or more apertures. In some embodiments, the containers are generally cylindrical in shape and comprise two ends. A first end is open and comprises male or female threading configured to be removable mounted to a blender base unit configured with blender blades. In some embodiments, a second end is substantially closed with a smaller aperture. In other embodiments, the second end comprises a larger aperture and may be removably connected to a filling cap or plunger cap.
AUXILIARY COOLING FAN FOR A BLENDING SYSTEM
A blender system includes a blender base that is selectively and operably engaged with a container. The blender base may include a housing that houses a motor operatively driving a mixing blade, and a fan. The fan may operate independent of the motor. The fan may force air through the blender base to cool the motor and other operative components of the blender base.
APPARATUS FOR STEAMING AND BLENDING A FOOD PRODUCT
The present invention relates to an apparatus (10) for steaming and blending a food product, comprising: a container (14) for receiving the food product, wherein the container (14) comprises a base (16), a side wall (18) and an annular upstanding column (20) extending from the base (16) of the container (14) and surrounding an opening (22) in the base (16); a blade assembly (30, 30′) comprising (i) a first annular support member (32) which is coaxially arranged with the annular upstanding column (20) of the container (14) and (ii) at least one blade (36) which extends from the first annular support member (32), wherein the first annular support member (32) of the blade assembly (30, 30′) and the annular upstanding column (20) of the container (14) together form a first steam inlet passage (58); a drive system (38) comprising a motor (40) and a drive shaft (42, 42′) for coupling the motor (40) to the blade assembly (30, 30′); and a steam generator (48) for providing steam to the first steam inlet passage (58) via a second steam inlet passage (64, 64′) arranged within the annular upstanding column (20), wherein the drive shaft (42, 42′) comprises a hollow interior which forms at least a part of the second steam inlet passage (64, 64′) and is fluidly connected to the steam generator (48).
INDIVIDUAL FROZEN DRINK DISPENSER
An individual frozen drink dispenser includes a housing having a base configured to support a blender cup, a dispensing chamber disposed above the blender cup and configured to support a frozen beverage container containing frozen ingredients suitable for preparing a frozen drink, at least one dispensing mechanism configured to move from a pre-dispense position to a dispense position in which the dispensing mechanism drives the frozen ingredients from the frozen beverage container into the blender cup, and a drive mechanism coupled to the housing and configured to drive the movement of the dispensing mechanism from the pre-dispense position to the dispense position. A method of preparing a frozen drink is further disclosed.
Blender
A food-processing device for blending and mixing food comprises a mixing vessel, a blade holder, and a motor base. The motor is a high power motor. The device has various safety features designed for the high power motor. The blade holder comprises a safety mechanism that prevents the motor base from operating without the mixing vessel covering the blade. On the surface of the motor base, it has raised area that is complementarily shaped with some recesses on the bottom of the blade holder to align the blade holder and the motor base. It also has a drainage hole that prevents the accumulation of liquid in the well of the motor base. The motor is mounted on the ceiling of the motor housing through a bracket with multiple dampers. The circuit of the motor has soft start and automatic turn off features.

The present invention relates to a double-screen grinding mechanism and a double-screen grinding juicer, belonging to the technical field of household appliances. The juicer comprises a motor box, a motor, a middle cover, a grinding mechanism and an upper cover, wherein the grinding mechanism consists of a filter screen and a rotor, the filter screen being of a double-layer filter screen structure and comprising an upper filter screen and a lower filter screen, the rotor comprising an upper rough-grinding portion and a lower fine-grinding portion; the motor is mounted in the motor box; the middle cover is fixed on the motor box; the filter screen is mounted within the middle cover; the rotor is located in the filter screen; the upper cover is covered on the middle cover to shield the filter screen and the rotor; and, the rotor is connected to the motor via a rotor shaft.

Disclosed is a food processing and cooking apparatus comprising: a container module having a rotary blade for crushing a food material contained in an inner space; a housing module formed by the coupling of an upper housing for supporting the container module and a lower housing coupled to the upper housing; and a power module mounted by a base bracket on the inner space of the housing module and transmitting power generated by the motor to a power-transmitting unit to rotate the rotating blade, wherein the container module is detachably mounted while preventing from being shaken by a mounting groove of the upper housing, the power module is configured such that vibration and noise are reduced by the anti-vibration member, and the food material is cooked using a heater provided in the container module or the housing module.
PREPARATION OF A FOOD ACCORDING TO PREDETERMINED RECIPE DATA WITH AN ELECTRICAL KITCHEN APPLIANCE
The invention relates to the processing of a food according to predetermined recipe data with an electrical kitchen appliance. Provided for this purpose according to the invention is a system with at least one electrical kitchen appliance (1) for the processing of at least one food according to predetermined recipe data (5) by a user and a memory (3) connected with the electrical kitchen appliance (1), wherein the electrical kitchen appliance (1) exhibits a food parameter acquisition device (8) for acquiring at least one parameter of the food to be processed and/or an environmental parameter acquisition device (10) for acquiring a parameter of an environmental condition of the electrical kitchen appliance (1), and at least one additional data item (13) is stored in the memory (3) for the acquired parameter. This provides the type of system with which the success of a recipe can be guaranteed within broad limits using the electrical kitchen appliance.
