A removable cookware handle is disclosed for connection to a piece of cookware. The removable cookware handle can attach to an attachment member that is secured to the cookware piece. To facilitate locking and unlocking of the attachment member to the removable cookware handle, a plurality of button mechanism are present on the housing of the removable cookware handle. A first button mechanism of the plurality of button mechanisms is slidable in a longitudinal direction while the second button mechanism is depressible in a lateral direction. When unlocking the removable cookware handle from the attachment member, a user may depress the second button and manipulate the first button backward to allow the attachment member to be released from a locking cavity within the housing.

A removable handle for a cooking container having a side wall extending upward by an outwardly curved portion including a free end, the removable handle extending in a longitudinal direction and including an internal support member and an external support member designed to rest against, respectively, an inner surface and an outer surface of the side wall, an upper support member designed to rest against the free end, a lock movable in translation between an open position and a closed position, with the lock including a blocking wall designed to be separated from the internal support member when the lock is in the open position and designed to generate a force on the free end when the lock is in the closed position, a gripping body that extends along the longitudinal direction and a structural part that includes the internal support member and the upper support member.

The invention relates to a removable handle intended to cooperate with a cooking container having a side wall that is extended upwards by a outwardly-curved portion comprising a free end, said removable handle extending in a longitudinal direction and comprising an internal support member and an external support member intended to come against, respectively, an interior surface and an exterior surface of the side wall, said removable handle comprising a plastic gripping body that extends in the longitudinal direction and which comprises a front end provided with the external support member.

According to the invention, the gripping body comprises a metal reinforcement attached to the front end and provided with a tab that extends at the support member, the metal reinforcement and the tab being dimensioned to guarantee the geometry of the removable handle assembly cooking container in the event of thermal degradation of the plastic material of the front end of the gripping body.

According to one example, a cookware vessel includes a bracket coupled to an exterior of a vessel, and a detachable handle. The handle includes a grip portion, a coupling fixedly attached to the grip portion, an actuator rotatingly coupled to the handle, and a spring. The coupling has a channel that is configured to surround at least a portion of an upper horizontally extending rod of the bracket. The actuator has a top portion configured to engage and disengage an upper edge of the bracket when the actuator is rotated forward and backward. The actuator also has hooks configured to engage and disengage a lower horizontally extending rod of the bracket when the actuator is rotated forward and backward. The spring is configured to apply a force to the actuator so as to rotate the actuator forward, when the actuator is released by a user.

This application relates to a container having an attachable/detachable handle. In one aspect, the container includes a fastening member having one side coupled to a container and having a fastening portion formed at the other side thereof that is opposite to the one side. The container may also include a detachable block member having a stopper member detachably coupled to the fastening portion of the fastening member. The container may further include a handle body to which the detachable block member is coupled.

A detachable handle assembly for an item of cookware includes a handle configured to removably engage a mounting member coupled to the item of cookware, and a locking assembly slidably received in a slot defined by the handle. A removable handle, particularly for cooking containers for food, includes a base portion adapted to be fixed immovably to a wall of a cooking vessel and having a coupling body; and a handle portion adapted to be detachably fixed to the base portion and including a coupling cavity to receive the coupling body of the base portion. The coupling body is insertable in the coupling cavity along a main coupling direction. A locking and unlocking lever which can be activated to lock and unlock the coupling body inside said coupling cavity is also part of the removable handle.
