Removable Handle Equipped With A Movable Latch
A removable handle is designed to cooperate with a cooking container having a side wall extended upwards by an outwardly-curved portion including a free end and includes a latch that can be moved between an open and a closed positions. The latch includes a locking panel designed to generate a force on the free end in the closed position, under the action of a means of pressurization, the force having a vertical component F for locking the free end against an upper supporting body. The latch has a protruding body and the handle includes a hollow body or reciprocally. In the closed position, the protruding body and the hollow body are fitted into each other to prevent the latch from recoiling when the free end generates, on the locking panel, a force having a component F1 opposite to the vertical component F with an intensity greater than a predetermined value.
Steaming Device
A steaming device includes a first chamber, a second chamber, and a block formed from a porous ceramic material. The first chamber comprises a surface and sidewalls extending from the surface. The second chamber comprises a cooking surface and sidewalls extending from the cooking surface and is configured to receive a foodstuff. The cooking surface defines a plurality of openings. The block is disposed between the surface of the first chamber and the cooking surface of the second chamber. The block is configured to absorb and retain water when the water is in a liquid state and to release the water as steam when heated. The steam passes into the second chamber via the plurality of openings arranged in the cooking surface to distribute the steam to the second chamber to thereby steam the foodstuff.
Cookware handle cover
A panhandle cover made of a heat-resistant material including leather is generally of a longitudinally-split tubular configuration with its longitudinal split having the converging flanks overlapping one inside the other. The nature of genuine leather enables the flanks to conform to any pan-handle as it wraps around the handle. The flexibility of the leather cover adapts to the handle with conformity to the handle-configuration through use.
Cookware article
A cookware article includes a container, a fixed handle, and a removable handle. The fixed handle is mounted on a side wall of the container. The fixed handle has an opening for the removable handle to insert. A fixed portion and a grip portion are formed on two sides of the opening respectively. The removable handle has a grip segment and an engaging segment. The engaging segment has a first abutting portion, a second abutting portion, and a connecting portion between the first abutting portion and the second abutting portion. When the removable handle is engaged with the fixed handle through the engagement segment, the connecting portion is inserted in the opening so that the first abutting portion is abutted against the fixed portion, the second abutting portion is abutted against the grip portion. As such, the removable handle supports the container.
Cookware handle
A cookware handle includes a grip comprising a first side, a second side, a pocket between the first side and the second side, a first aperture in the first side, and a second aperture in the second side. The cookware handle also includes a shaft comprising a proximal end configured to be coupled to cookware, a distal portion positioned in the pocket, and a third aperture aligned with the first aperture and the second aperture. The cookware handle also includes a plug including a ribbed thumb grip aligned with a surface of the first side of the grip. The plug retains the grip on the shaft by filling the first aperture, the second aperture, and the third aperture.
REMOVABLE HANDLE FOR COOKWARE
The present invention relates to a removable cookware handle having an elongated handle section. The elongated handle section has first and second ends, wherein at the first end of the handle section there is the means for removable attachment to the attachment point on a cookware container and a means for locking the removable handle to the attachment point. The attachment point in on the cookware container comprises a bracket that has a depending section attached to a side wall of the cookware container and a flange at the top edge of the depending section and extending outwardly from the side wall of the cookware container. A non-circular elongated opening is centrally located through the flange and generally orientated with its longitudinal axis generally parallel to the side wall of the cookware container. The opening is sized and shaped to engage with the means for removable attachment on the handle.
Utility pan handle
utility pan handle is provided, has a base body, a lower jaw, an upper jaw, a handle, a pivot pin, and a bottle. The lower jaw is pressed on an outer brim edge portion of an external container from outside. The upper jaw clips on an inner brim edge portion of the external container from inside. The handle extends vertically from the upper jaw and has an overall L-shape. The pivot pin is installed rotatably through holes disposed though the middle portion of the base body and a connecting portion of the handle and the upper jaw. The bottle engages the second end portion of the base body vertically to the base body and substantially in parallel to the handle. The upper and lower jaws open and close about the pivot pin by closing and opening the handle against the bottle, gripping the brim edge of the external container.
Removable Cookware Handle
A removable cookware handle is disclosed for connection to a piece of cookware. The removable cookware handle can attach to an attachment member that is secured to the cookware piece. To facilitate locking and unlocking of the attachment member to the removable cookware handle, a plurality of button mechanism are present on the housing of the removable cookware handle. A first button mechanism of the plurality of button mechanisms is slidable in a longitudinal direction while the second button mechanism is depressible in a lateral direction. When unlocking the removable cookware handle from the attachment member, a user may depress the second button and manipulate the first button backward to allow the attachment member to be released from a locking cavity within the housing.
MULTI-SENSOR INTERACTIVE COOKING DEVICE
A multi-sensor interactive cooking device is disclosed herein. In one embodiment the device may comprise a cooking device, such as a pan or pot, integrating a plurality of sensors, a visual display, and an electronic interface. The device may have sensors for measuring, for example, food weight, food temperature, and food volume. The various sensors may be installed within or on the device as appropriate to the form factor of the particular cooking device. By way of example, a cooking device with a longer handle may have a plurality of sensors installed within the carrying handle. A device having shorter handles may have the plurality of sensors installed within its base. The multi-sensor interactive cooking device may further integrate a wireless connectivity and a proprietary software for additional functionality.
