The upper rod is hung at an edge of the bathing basin, and the lower rod is in contact with a lower portion of the bathing basin. The carrying net is disposed on the support frame and is for carrying the baby. The buoyant element is disposed on the support frame and away from the upper rod. When bathing water is present in the bathing basin, buoyancy of the buoyant element causes the lower rod to float and depart the lower portion of the bathing basin. Thus, the baby is kept afloat on the bathing water surface through the buoyancy of the buoyant element when taking a bath.
