System and method for recessing a subfloor and shower stall with a recessed subfloor floor
A set of differently configured brackets that when secured to one or more of the floor joists, wall edges and existing subfloor lower the subfloor a predetermined amount are described. The predetermined amount is typically sufficient to permit the installation of a shower pan of appropriate slope towards a drain and permit a curb-less transition between the surrounding floor and the shower stall floor.

Systems for Recessing Subfloor Structures
A method is provided for supporting a recessed subfloor panel in a lowered position relative to an adjacent, primary subfloor, the primary subfloor being supported from beneath by one or more floor supports. The method includes positioning a spanning brace between a pair of floor supports and adjusting a length of the spanning brace such that the spanning brace engages and is supported by lateral, vertical sides of the pair of floor supports. A recessed subfloor panel is supported atop the spanning brace, the recessed subfloor panel being supported at a lower elevation than an adjacent, primary subfloor.
Drain assembly and method of installation
A drain assembly comprises a drain pan, a trim member, and a drain cover. The drain pan has a base and a pan sidewall, and the trim member has a trim sidewall. The pan sidewall, at least a portion of the upper surface of the base, and the trim sidewall define a drain channel therebetween. The drain cover defines a plurality of apertures and is positionable above the drain pan. The trim member is configured to transition between a first position and a second position. In the first position of the trim member, the drain channel has a first width that extends in a transverse direction. In the second position of the trim member, the drain channel has a second width that extends in the transverse direction. The first width is different than the second width.
Systems and Methods for a Shower Base Assembly Compatible with Residential and Commercial Construction
A structural, shower base assembly compatible with residential and commercial construction is disclosed herein. Embodiments include a tile-over shower base pan capable of spanning floor joists for easy installation of a curbless tiled shower, comprising: a dorsal side of the tile-over shower base pan, the dorsal side of the tile-over shower base pan being pre-sloped to allow for consistent water draining to a dorsal opening of a centered drain hole of the tile-over shower base pan; and a ventral side of the tile-over shower base pan, the ventral side comprising a ventral opening of the centered drain hole of the tile-over shower base pan. Embodiments include a double threaded flange nipple, the double threaded flange nipple being compatible with a tile drain grate frame and an industry standard plumbing drain body.

Profile System for a Sanitary Facility
A profile system for a sanitary system, such as a floor-level shower, includes at least one profile element and at least one flat and flexible sealing element. The sealing element has a mounting area which, in a non-installed state, is fixed to the profile element by a mounting element. The sealing element includes at least one region overlapping the profile element, the overlapping region being adapted to fix the profile element in its mounting position.
WATERPROOF PANEL FOR SHOWER TRAY
A waterproof panel for shower tray, adapted to be placed over a foundation, to be interposed between the latter and a floor covering layer includes at least one plate-like element and a waterproof covering which is applied on top of the at least one plate-like element, and has, on the lower face for adhesion to the foundation, and low-relief portions adapted to accommodate adhesive for the adhesion of the panel to the foundation.
Shower tray
Disclosed is a shower tray with a walking surface placed at the top of a collecting tub. The walking surface is surrounded by a coplanar perimeter frame from which it is spaced, thereby forming a continuous perimeter slot allowing water to flow into the collecting tub. The shower tray includes an automatic system to easily and conveniently access the innermost parts of the shower tray, below the walking surface.
