Free-standing, multiple roll toilet paper holder and dispenser
10314443 · 2019-06-11 ·

A free-standing, cylindrical container and multiple, core-free toilet paper rolls vertically stacked in an array which fills the container at the outset of its use. Peeled back from sites bounding a through opening within the array's uppermost roll and then fed through a narrow slot defined by the container's cap, each length of the paper so fed, prior to its being separated from paper yet to be dispensed, is part of a continuous paper ribbon extending from the leading paper sheet of said length to the outermost sheet of the array's lowermost roll. Configuring the ribbon in its initial state is a series of joints in each of which the outermost and the innermost sheets of the upper and lower rolls, respectively, of one of the array's contiguous pairs of rolls are fixedly connected, thus providing the user with immediate access to the entire body of paper stored within the container.

A dispensing cap for a dispensing system may be adapted for dispensing a roll of longitudinally extending material arranged in a center-pull configuration. The dispensing cap may include a dispensing orifice. A first rim having an inner edge may define a wide end of the dispensing orifice. A second rim having an outer edge may define a narrow end of the dispensing orifice. One or more sidewalls may extend between the inner edge of the first rim and the outer edge of the second rim and define the dispensing orifice between the wide end and the narrow end. The dispensing cap may further include a dispensing slot that defines an opening through the second rim.

Coreless roll of absorbent sheet and method for manufacturing the same

A coreless roll of an absorbent sheet product, such as napkins, toilet paper, towels etc., including a spirally wound continuous web of absorbent material having a first end and a second end and a coating composition comprising a specific polymer coated onto the second end is disclosed. The coreless roll has excellent resistance to collapsing, as well as excellent flexibility and elasticity. Moreover, the coreless roll has excellent disintegrability in water and can be used along its whole length. Also disclosed is a process for the manufacture of the coreless roll.

DISPENSER FOR DISPENSING A PAPER ROLL

A dispenser includes: a housing having a support axis for accommodating and rotatably supporting the paper roll, a brake shoe having a contact surface configured to abut at a face side of the paper roll and movably attached relative to the housing for adjustment of a braking force, and an elastic member urging the brake shoe in a direction toward the face side of the paper roll and having an adjustable elastic force that adjusts the braking force. The contact surface may have at least a first contact area closer to a tip of the support axis in an axial direction of the support axis and further away from the support axis in a radial direction and a second contact area further away from the tip of the support axis in the axial direction and closer to the support axis in the radial direction to provide a braking force decreasing with a decreasing diameter of the roll.

DISPENSER FOR ROLLS

Dispenser includes housing for at least two rolls of tissue paper, access opening in housing, and closure selectively closing a portion of access opening. Closure includes body, first wall movably connected to body at first edge of first wall; and second wall movably connected to body at first edge of second wall. First and second wall are urged toward each other to respectively position second edges of first and second walls opposite to first edges in a blocking position in which sliding of closure into first or second position is blocked until a predetermined amount of paper of second or first roll, respectively, has been dispensed. Closure includes first and second spring urging first and second walls, respectively, toward each other, spring force of first and second springs being configured to automatically return closure into first or second position, respectively, when sliding of the closure into first or second position, respectively, is blocked.

Paper toweling or tissue dispensing apparatus including roll overspin control

Dispenser apparatus for holding a roll of paper toweling or tissue sheet material and dispensing the sheet material, the apparatus including structure exerting drag forces on the roll to reduce overspin when pulling forces on the sheet material causing dispensing have been terminated.

Toilet Paper Roll Spindle

A toilet paper roll spindle is disclosed for supporting the holding of at least two toilet paper rolls in either horizontal or vertical configuration or for supporting the holding of large or jumbo toilet paper rolls. The toilet paper roll spindle has a vertical support arm or support bracket extending perpendicularly downward from the middle section of the spindle. At the lower end of the vertical support arm or support bracket is a horizontal shaft for holding the toilet paper rolls. There is(are) stopper(s) at the end(s) of the horizontal shaft for the purpose of preventing the toilet paper rolls from sliding out of the horizontal shaft.

SELF-ORIENTING WIPES DISPENSING NOZZLES AND WIPES DISPENSERS HAVING THE SAME

Exemplary embodiments of wipes dispensers are disclosed herein. An exemplary wipes dispenser includes a container, a plurality of wipes contained within the container, a fluid for wetting the plurality of wipes and a self-orientating outlet nozzle. The self-orientating outlet nozzle includes a moveable outlet opening. The moveable outlet opening aligns with the direction of pull of the wipe when the wipe is pulled out of the dispenser at an angle that is not substantially vertical.

Method of making a dispenser or a part thereof and a dispenser or part made by said method

A method for manufacturing a dispenser part, such as a dispenser or a part of a dispenser, having at least two component parts joined by a seam extending from a first side edge to a second side edge of the dispenser part. The method involves using a single mold and producing the dispenser part using a two component injection molding process.
