Each roll compartment is delimited by at least three separate roll compartment surfaces arranged to face an outer periphery of the roll and each roll compartment encompasses an imaginary circle with a radius from a central width axis, each roll compartment surface comprises a roll contact surface portion being arranged so as to contact the circumference of the imaginary circle over an arc of the circumference comprising at least a contact angle from a central height axis, the contact angle of the first roll contact surface portion is 5 to 85 degrees or 5 to 85 degrees; the contact angle (2) of the second roll contact surface portion is 95 to 175 degrees, and the contact angle of the third roll contact surface portion is 95 to 175 degrees.

Provided is a toilet paper dispenser that encloses a plurality of rolls of toilet paper. The toilet paper dispenser includes a wall plate and a cover pivotally secured to the wall plate to form an enclosure around the rolls of toilet paper. The wall plate defines a pair of sidewalls that project away from the wall in a direction perpendicular to the plane of the wall. A roll support member is attached to one of the sidewalls for each roll in the dispenser. The cover defines a dispensing opening adjacent to each roll of toilet paper so that all rolls can dispense simultaneously. A latching mechanism is provided to latch the cover in the closed position. A lock can be placed through a latch member of the latching mechanism to lock the cover in the closed position.

A dispenser is disclosed for holding and dispensing a package containing a wiping product, such as flushable premoistened wipes. The dispenser can be made from a single piece blank. The dispenser can include arms for engaging a rolled bathroom tissue fixture and can include an open end for receiving a package of wiping products and mating with the package in a way that facilitates dispensing of the product.
