The present disclosure relates to methods of using a machine for manufacturing continuous toilet seat cover reels. Methods include: loading a continuous paper roll onto a shaft in a first end of the machine; threading continuous paper on continuous paper roll through a continuous paper reel transmission mechanism, a printing wheel, a modular cutting mechanism, a counting wheel of the machine, onto a reel at a continuous toilet seat cover reel output device in a second end; perforating continuous paper roll to form sheet perforated tear lines, a splash prevention perforated tear line, one or more vertical splash prevention perforated tear lines and horizontal splash prevention perforated tear lines; counting the number of toilet seat cover sheets generated on the continuous toilet seat cover; and cutting the last sheet of toilet seat cover sheet from the continuous toilet seat cover to produce the continuous toilet seat cover reel.

The present invention relates to a device for automatically providing a disposable seating-surface cover for a toilet-seat, comprising: a) a first housing adapted to feed a disposable seating-surface cover roll installed therein, wherein said roll is a long strip layer that comprises plurality of similar apertures, each of which defines an individual seating-surface cover; b) a second housing adapted to receive and collect the roll by connecting an initial edge of said roll to a rotational mechanism situated in said second housing that is adapted to pull said roll such that each individual disposable seating-surface cover follows a preset displacing movement where one individual disposable seating-surface cover is positioned in a state of use, wherein when an individual seating-surface cover of the roll is in a state of use, it lies directly on a seating surface of a toilet-seat, such that the aperture of the individual seating-surface cover is parallel to an aperture of said toilet seat.

A line of perforations separates consecutive portions. A motor operates to drive the drive roller to cause movement of the sheet product along a dispensing pathway to position a leading predetermined portion of the sheet product into a dispensing position such that the trailing edge of the leading predetermined portion is positioned within the housing and the leading edge of the leading predetermined portion is positioned outside of the dispensing chute to enable removal of the leading predetermined portion. Staged dispensing is utilized to help maintain hygiene, while still quickly providing the dispense. Perforation tear assist features are provided to aid in proper separation of the line of perforations, such as to help maintain integrity of the dispensed portion.
