INTERFACE PROTOCOL CONFIGURATION FOR MEMORY
Apparatuses and methods can be related to configuring interface protocols for memory. An interface protocol can define the commands received by a memory device utilizing pins of an interface of a memory device. An interface protocol used by a memory device can be implemented utilizing a decoder of signals provided through the pins of the memory device. The decoder utilized by a memory device can be selected by setting a mode register of the memory device.

Semiconductor integrated circuit adapted to output pass/fail results of internal operations
In a semiconductor integrated circuit, an internal circuit is capable of executing a first operation and a second operation concurrently, and an output circuit outputs to the outside of the semiconductor integrated circuit information indicating whether or not the first operation is being executed and information indicating whether or not the second operation is executable.
Refresh in memory based on monitor array threshold drift
The present disclosure includes apparatuses and methods related to refresh in memory. An example apparatus can refresh an array of memory cells in response to a portion of memory cells in an array having threshold voltages that are greater than a reference voltage.
MEMORY MODULE WITH PROGRAMMABLE COMMAND BUFFER
A memory module includes a plurality of memory integrated circuit (IC) packages to store data and a command buffer IC to buffer one or more memory commands destined for the memory IC packages. The command buffer IC includes a first interface circuit and one or more second interface circuits. The first interface circuit receives the one or more memory commands The one or more second interface circuits output a pre-programmed command sequence to one or more devices separate from the command buffer IC, the pre-programmed command sequence output in response to the one or more memory commands matching a pre-programmed reference command pattern.
ADJUSTABLE COLUMN ADDRESS SCRAMBLE USING FUSES
Methods, systems, and devices for adjustable column address scramble using fuses are described. A testing device may detect a first error in a first column plane of a memory array and a second error in a second column plane of the memory array. The testing device may identify a first column address of the first column plane associated with the first error and a second column address of the second column plane based on detecting the first error and the second error. The testing device may determine, for the first column plane, a configuration for scrambling column addresses of the first column plane to different column addresses of the first column plane. In some cases, the testing device may perform a fuse blow of a fuse associated with the first column plane to implement the determined configuration.
APPARATUSES AND METHODS FOR DATA MOVEMENT
The present disclosure includes apparatuses and methods for data movement. An example apparatus comprises a memory device. The memory device includes an array of memory cells and sensing circuitry coupled to the array via a plurality of sense lines. The sensing circuitry includes a sense amplifier and a compute component coupled to a sense line and configured to implement operations. A controller in the memory device is configured to couple to the array and sensing circuitry. A shared I/O line in the memory device is configured to couple a source location to a destination location.
