The grip portion includes an installation opening that extends through at least one face of the grip portion, and a partial thread form. The lock portion includes a partial thread form. The grip portion and the lock portion include corresponding attachment features such that when the lock portion is installed into the installation opening, the attachment features of the grip portion and the lock portion couple the lock portion to the grip portion.
