Lens and Optical System Device
A lens and an optical system device are provided which can measure optical characteristics of a light source or an optical element with a simple structure. A lens 1 has an optical axis, and includes an incident surface F and an emit surface B. The incident surface F and the emit surface B are formed so as to emit incident light to the incident surface F from a first position O at an irradiation angle θ relative to the optical axis from the emit surface B at an emit angle θ/m (where m>1) relative to the optical axis by refraction at the incident surface F and at the emit surface B, and formed in such a way that apparent positions of lights emitted from the emit surface B all begin from a second position P. Moreover, an optical system device includes the lens 1 and a diffuser panel that diffuses emitted light from the lens 1.

Shock-Free Far UV C Bulb Assembly
An excimer bulb assembly including an excimer bulb and a pass filter such that the excimer bulb assembly does not emit substantial UV radiation in wavelengths longer than 231 nm, 232 nm, 233 nm, 234 nm or 235 nm. The wavelengths are measured at an incident angle of zero (0) degrees to the filter plane. The pass filter is preferably constructed of a plurality of layers of hafnium oxide, and most preferably constructed of less than seventy five (75) layers of hafnium oxide. The excimer bulb, pass filter, and two electrical connectors may be adapted to form a cartridge which may be adapted to swivel along its main axis. The cartridge may further include a smart chip. The smart chip may retain and store information regarding the assembly and preferably retains hours of use of the excimer bulb.
STRUCTURE OF OPTICAL SENSOR
This application provides a structure of the optical sensor, in which a photosensitive element is arranged on a substrate, a colloid layer is arranged on the upper part of the substrate and covers the photosensitive element, and a thin film is further arranged. The device includes an adhesive layer and a light-transmitting layer, the adhesive layer is disposed above one of the colloid layers, the light-transmitting layer is disposed above one of the adhesive layers, and the structure can be used to provide the film member that can be changed according to requirements The optical design reduces the production cost of the optical sensor; this application further provides a shielding layer between the film member and the colloid layer to improve the photosensitive efficiency of the optical sensor.
DIRECT FILTER HYBRIDIZATION
An optical sensor and filter assembly is provided and includes an optical sensor, a filter and a mounting structure. The optical sensor includes a detector layer having first and second opposed faces and a read-out integrated circuit (ROIC) to which the first face of the detector layer is hybridized. The filter permits passage of one or more wavelength bands of interest of incident light toward the optical sensor and the mounting structure directly hybridizes the filter to the second face of the detector layer.

The P-type substrate P_sub, the N-type well layer (N_well), and the P-type well layer (P_well) are electrically at the same potential or are short-circuited.

A photodetecting device for detecting different wavelengths includes a first photodetecting component including a substrate and a second photodetecting component including second absorption region. The substrate includes a first absorption region configured to absorb photons having a first peak wavelength and to generate first photo-carriers. The second absorption region is supported by the substrate and configured to absorb photons having a second peak wavelength and to generate second photo-carriers. The first absorption region and the second absorption region are overlapped along a vertical direction.

The optical sensor includes: multiple optical receivers, multiple color filters covering light receiving surfaces of the multiple optical receivers, and a multi-layer filter layered on the multiple color filters. The multiple color filters include a red color filter, a green color filter and a blue color filter. The multi-layer filter includes a first transmission wavelength region allowing transmission of a portion of the transmission wavelength regions of the green color filter and the blue color filter, and a second transmission wavelength region allowing transmission of a portion of the transmission wavelength region of the red color filter.
