Warewash machine with vapor extraction unit
A warewash machine includes a chamber with a wash zone and front, left and right access openings. At least one spray arm is disposed to spray liquid toward the wash zone. A multi-sided hood assembly is movable between a lowered and closed position for washing and a raised open position for inlet and outlet of wares. An air exchange system is provided for extracting hot water vapor from the chamber and for providing heated air into the chamber.
AUTOMATED CLEANING MACHINE PROCESSING USING SHORTENED CYCLE TIMES
An automated cleaning machine may include one or more short cleaning cycles in which the duration of a cleaning cycle is shortened relative to the duration of a default cleaning cycle. During a short cleaning cycle, other cleaning cycle parameters may also be adjusted to ensure that the articles subjected to the short cleaning cycle are adequately cleaned and sanitized. For example, the wash temperature, rinse temperature, and/or cleaning product amounts or concentrations, may be adjusted to account for the shortened duration of the cleaning cycle. The automated cleaning machine may further include one or more short cycle mode(s) during which short cleaning cycle parameters are used and one or more default cycle mode(s) during which default cleaning cycle parameters are used.
Dishwasher and controlling method thereof
Disclosed a controlling method of a dishwasher comprising a water supply step for supplying wash water, a preliminary washing step for injecting the wash water to one or more dishes, a main washing step for injecting the wash water mixed with washing liquid to the dishes, a rinsing step for injecting the wash water to the dishes, and a heating step for heating the wash water in one or more of the preliminary washing step, the main washing step and the rinsing step, wherein a heater sensing step for determining an operational state of a heater heating the wash water is performed in the heating step in a state where the circulation of wash water is stopped.
CONTROL OF A DISHWASHER
In a method for controlling a dishwasher, a user preference is captured for a cleaning cycle of the dishwasher. Parameters associated with a cleaning cycle of the dishwasher are read over a plurality of cleaning cycles, and a user input that indicates satisfaction by the user with one of the cleaning cycles is captured. An optimization is determined of a parameter of the parameters on the basis of the user input and the user preference.
Cleaning device having an individually switchable rinsing nozzle system
Disclosed is a cleaning device for cleaning washware. The cleaning device may be a conveyor dishwasher. The cleaning device has at least one cleaning chamber and at least one transportation device. The transportation device transports the washware through the cleaning chamber in a transportation direction. The cleaning device has at least one final-rinse nozzle system for applying at least one final-rinse fluid, in particular fresh water, to the washware. The final-rinse nozzle system has at least two final-rinse nozzle units which are arranged in different positions transverse to the transportation direction. The final-rinse nozzle units can be switched independently of one another in order to apply the final-rinse fluid to the washware in the different positions independently of one another.
WAREWASH MACHINE WITH VAPOR EXTRACTION UNIT
A warewash machine includes a chamber with a wash zone and front, left and right access openings. At least one spray arm is disposed to spray liquid toward the wash zone. A multi-sided hood assembly includes movable front, left, right and top wall sections, and is movable between a lowered and closed position for washing and a raised open position for inlet and outlet of wares. A stationary chamber rear wall includes an outlet opening fluidly connected with a vapor extraction unit at a back side of the rear wall. The vapor extraction unit includes an enclosure with a condenser therein, wherein incoming water to the machine from a cold water input passes through the condenser, wherein the enclosure includes an air outlet to surrounding ambient environment and at least one air mover.
DISHWASHER AND CONTROLLING METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a dishwasher for washing the dishes and the cooking utensils by spraying washing water, and a control method thereof. The control method of a dishwasher according to an embodiment of the present invention includes: a water supply step of opening a water supply valve to supply washing water to the sump; and a variable spray step of spraying the washing water by at least one of the plurality of spray arms by changing the number of revolutions of the washing pump stepwise, so that the washing water can be sprayed evenly.
Method for having cleaner dishes
This method for cleaner dishes is a preferred method over prior art because it is ecology saver, saves money and energy resources while removing bacteria and generally making life more pleasant. This method uses a leak proof water tank with the dish washing machine to hold the water that is changed by Lightening Clean Technology and then is used in the last rinse. This makes the dishes genuinely clean as well as the quality of the environment. This invention detoxifies, deodorizes and disinfects dishes without using chemicals or too hot of water which can cause melted items and burns if unloaded too soon.
Method of having cleaner laundry
This method for cleaner laundry is a preferred method over prior art because it is ecology safer, saves money and energy resources while removing bacteria, bad smells and toxins and generally making life more pleasant. The object of this invention is to have cleaner washed laundry by detoxifying, deodorizing and disinfecting. This method uses an apparatus called Lightning Clean Technology with a leak-proof water tank surrounding the washing machine tub to stabilize the tub and to hold the water that is bring changed by Lightening Clean Technology. This water is then used in the last rinse. This invention makes laundry genuinely clean without using chemicals or too hot of water or steam.
Method for having cleaner dried laundry
This method for cleaner, fluffier, better smelling laundry is a preferred method over prior art because it is ecology safer, saves money and energy resources while removing toxins and generally making life more pleasant. The object of this invention is to have cleaner, fluffier dried laundry by detoxifying, deodorizing and disinfecting. This makes the laundry genuinely clean as well as improving the quality of the environment and can be used as a stand alone cleaner if the clothes are only nose telling dirty.
