A tubular spray element for a dishwasher is formed in part using an elongated metal tube joined with a molded polymer support member using one or more retaining tabs that are molded into the support member and that project within a sleeve in the support member to engage with cooperative mounting apertures in the elongated metal tube and thereby restrict relative movement between the elongated metal tube and the support member both about and along a longitudinal axis of the tubular spray element.

ROTATING INJECTION PROPELLER WITH 2K-SEAL. It is a propeller with an injection apparatus, that extends outwardly from a vertical water pole, rotates such that it forms a peripheral movement through its water pressure in dishwashers. It is a rotating propeller with a 2K sealing element and a clamp structure and an injection feature, that is defined with a vertical leaning surface at its end portion and with an inner edge shape such that it has a partial cylindrical shape, wherein it is molded with a PP material, wherein body of each thereof is of longitudinal and wherein it comprises a lower wall and an upper wall.

A method for controlling a dishwasher includes: supplying washing water to a sump; rotating an impeller disposed in a washing pump by a washing motor so that the washing water flows into the washing pump from the sump; operating a heater disposed in the washing pump so as to heat the washing water existing in the washing pump and generate steam to supply to a steam nozzle; and supplying the washing water or steam in the washing pump to the steam nozzle by rotating the impeller at a second set rotational speed lower than a first set rotational speed by the washing motor. The method further includes closing a selector valve, configured to open and close a path between the washing pump and the steam nozzle, when the impeller rotates at the first set rotational speed or higher.

A household dishwasher includes a washing compartment and a spray device arranged inside the washing compartment and configured to spray washing liquor and/or clean water within the washing container. The spray device includes a cage and a rotary element which is mounted in the cage for rotation about an axis of rotation. The rotary element includes a bearing surface which is radially distanced from the axis of rotation and extending around the axis of rotation for enabling the rotary element to be mounted rotatably in the cage.

A dish washing machine including a housing having an interior wash space and a liquid inlet. A spray nozzle sprays the liquid onto dishes. The machine further includes a heating tank for heating the liquid which is supplied to the rotating spray nozzle. A heat exchange system transfers heat from the liquid heated by the heating tank to the liquid added from the liquid inlet. The heat exchange system comprising a pipe system defining a first path therethrough and a second path therethrough, with the first heat exchange system transferring heat from liquid in the second path to liquid in the first path. A first surface portion of the pipe system of the first path engaging the liquid in the first path having a greater thermal conductivity than a second surface portion of the pipe system of the second path engaging the liquid in the second path.

A household dishwasher includes a washing container, and a spray facility arranged within the washing container for spraying washing liquor and/or fresh water in the washing container. The spray facility includes a cage, a gyro element rotatably supported in the cage, and a supply line having a nozzle for supplying the washing liquor and/or fresh water to the gyro element. The gyro element is arranged in its entirety above the nozzle in relation to a direction of gravity in an operating position which the gyro element assumes when washing liquor and/or fresh water is supplied to the gyro element.

The present invention discloses a rotary cup washing device, comprising a flushing nozzle, a rotary impeller, a swirl outflow member, a fixed head and a water inlet pipe. The flushing nozzle, the rotary impeller, and the swirl outflow member are all provided in the fixed head. The flushing nozzle is connected to an upper part of the rotary impeller, and a lower part of the rotary impeller is correspondingly matched with the swirl outflow member, the flushing nozzle and the rotary impeller are capable for rotating relative to the fixed head under a water discharge action of the swirl outflow member. A lower part of the fixed head is connected to the water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe is connected to a pressure source. The present invention is capable of rotating the water to wash the cup in an omnibearing and uniform manner, and the cleaning effect is better.

The present invention discloses a rotary cup washing device, comprising a flushing nozzle, a rotary impeller, a swirl outflow member, a fixed head and a water inlet pipe. The flushing nozzle, the rotary impeller, and the swirl outflow member are all provided in the fixed head. The flushing nozzle is connected to an upper part of the rotary impeller, and a lower part of the rotary impeller is correspondingly matched with the swirl outflow member, the flushing nozzle and the rotary impeller are capable for rotating relative to the fixed head under a water discharge action of the swirl outflow member. A lower part of the fixed head is connected to the water inlet pipe, and the water inlet pipe is connected to a pressure source. The present invention is capable of rotating the water to wash the cup in an omnibearing and uniform manner, and the cleaning effect is better.

A dish washing machine including a housing having an interior wash space for washing dishes. The housing has a liquid inlet for adding a liquid to the dish washing machine. At least one rotating spray nozzle sprays the liquid onto dishes positioned within the interior wash space. The machine further includes a heating tank for heating the liquid which is supplied to the at least one rotating spray nozzle for spraying onto the dishes in the interior wash space. Two heat exchange systems are within the housing. The two heat exchange systems transfer heat from the liquid heated by the heating tank to the liquid added to the dish washing machine from the liquid inlet. A first one of the two heat exchange systems passes heat from water in the wash tank or the interior wash space to water in the first one of the two heat exchange systems.

Provided is a dishwasher having an improved structure capable of selecting whether to spray wash water. The dishwasher includes a washing tub, a basket provided in the washing tub to accommodate dishware, a duct provided in the washing tub to be supplied with wash water, a sub-duct mounted on the basket to guide the wash water, a connection pipe connected to the sub-duct, and a spray nozzle coupled to the connection pipe to be rotatable from a first position where the connection pipe is open and a second position where the connection pipe is closed.
