ENDOSCOPE DEVICE
An endoscope device, comprising: a disposable flexible lens sheath (1), a reusable endoscope body (2), and a disposable sterilization jacket (3). The endoscope body (2) can be received in the flexible lens sheath (1) from an endoscope receiving structure (11) of the flexible lens sheath (1). The sterilization jacket (3) is mounted at an entrance of the endoscope receiving structure (11), so as to isolate the endoscope body (2) from the outside. A light source component (4) is provided near a front end of the flexible lens sheath (1). The endoscope body (2) is provided with a conductive component (5). A rear end of the endoscope body (2) is connected to a power cord (7). The endoscope device can avoid or reduce problems caused by sterilization and disinfection, and can also avoid astigmatism and reflection.
CONDUCTIVE OPTICAL ELEMENT
A device having an optical element with a conductive coating. The device may include an optical element, a conductive material and at least one connector. The conductive material is disposed on at least a portion of the optical element. The optical element, for example, may be an object lens of an endoscope or an optical coupler. The connectors (acting as terminal(s)) are capable of providing energy (such as electrical energy) to the conductive material. In one aspect, the conductive material is an optically transparent material. Advantageously, the device may allow visualization of an object—such as body tissue or other matter—concurrent with the application of energy to the object via the conductive coating. This allows the user to observe the alteration of tissue and other matter in real time as the energy is delivered.
MAGNETIC CONTROL DEVICE AND CAPSULE ENDOSCOPE CONTROL SYSTEM
A magnetic control device and a capsule endoscope control system are provided. The magnetic control device comprises: a first support, a second support, a magnetic component, a first driving mechanism and a second driving mechanism. The magnetic component comprises a housing portion and a shaft portion connected to the housing portion, the housing portion is provided with a magnet and a drive fitting portion, and the shaft portion is rotatably connected to the second support. The first driving mechanism is disposed on the first support and is connected to the second support, the second driving mechanism is disposed on the second support and is connected to the magnetic component. The first driving mechanism drives the second support to drive the magnetic component to rotate around a first axis, the second driving mechanism drives the magnetic component to rotate around a second axis, the first axis intersects the second axis.
GASTRIC CALIBRATION HOSE
In a gastric calibration hose with an elongated flexible hollow body having an outer wall and a first and a second hose end, it is provided that the elongated flexible hollow body has at least two channels, each of which extend in the longitudinal direction of the hollow body, the first channel having at least one opening in the area of the second hose end, and the second channel being closed at the second hose end, at least one illuminant being arranged in the second channel in the area of the second hose end.
LARYNGOSCOPE
A method of manufacturing a laryngoscope may include forming a blade being straight and having a handle side and a non-handle side, the blade including a structure that extends from a proximal end to a distal end, and configured to connect to a handle at the proximal end. A first channel may be formed through the structure. The first channel may be configured to enable optical signals to pass therethrough. The first channel may include (i) a first aperture disposed at the proximal end of the first channel and (ii) a second aperture disposed at the distal end of the first channel. The second aperture may be oriented at an offset angle toward the handle side such that images captured via the second aperture are at the offset angle.
Endoscope
An endoscope has an insertion portion with a simple configuration. The endoscope is an endoscope having an insertion portion and an operation unit connected to one end of the insertion portion. The insertion portion includes a tube provided with a plurality of channels penetrating in a longitudinal direction, an operation unit connected to one end of the tube, and a distal tip that covers another end of the tube and smoothly communicates with a part of the plurality of channels.
Video endoscope and handle for a video endoscope including rotational support means
The invention concerns a handle for a video endoscope for medical or industrial applications, comprising a housing and an interface portion, where the interface portion includes a first connector element at its distal end connected to an electric transmission element that is connectable to a connector element of an associated elongate shaft to form a detachable electrical and/or mechanical connection between the handle and the associated shaft. The includes an electrical connection assembly arranged at an exterior of the interface portion forming an electrical connection between the electric transmission element and a stationary electric and/or electronic component of the handle. The handle also includes at least a first bearing for rotatably supporting the interface portion in and/or at the housing, such that when the shaft and handle are connected the shaft is rotatable via the rotatably supported interface portion relative to the housing of the handle.
ENDOSCOPE
An endoscope includes an insertion portion, an operation portion, a power transmission unit, a power relay unit, a power generation unit configured to apply power to the power relay unit in a second power transmission shaft direction which is non-parallel to a first power transmission shaft direction, an elastic member configured to perform either one of urging the power relay unit against the power generation unit or urging the power generation unit against the power relay unit, and a cable configured to extend from the operation portion in the second power transmission shaft direction which is a direction different from a longitudinal direction, wherein the power generation device is attached such that the power generation device is disposed to extend in an extending direction of the cable after being mounted.
IN-BODY IMAGE CAPTURING DEVICE AND IN-BODY MONITORING CAMERA SYSTEM
An in-body image capturing device (camera unit) with high reliability is suggested. A camera unit (11) includes an image capturing unit that includes a lens (26) and a first illumination unit (27a) and is capable of being introduced into a body. The first illumination unit (27a) and the image capturing unit are housed in a casing (22) that is integrally molded with an integral light-transmitting body (22x) and an integral light shielding body (22y).
CAPSULE APPARATUS AND STARTING METHOD THEREFOR
A capsule apparatus comprising: an enclosure and a capsule core arranged in the enclosure. The capsule core comprises: a power supply, an acceleration sensor connected to the power supply, a switching element having an input terminal connected to the power supply and a control terminal connected to the acceleration sensor; a control unit connected to a first output terminal of the switching element; and a working system connected to a second output terminal of the switching element. The capsule core also comprises a microcontroller unit, the control unit is integrated in the microcontroller unit, and the output terminal of the switching element is connected to the microcontroller unit. The acceleration sensor can control the power on and off of the control unit and the working system according to different states.
