Fluid supply device for endoscope
The present invention relates to a fluid supply device for an endoscope, including: a liquid supply unit for supplying liquids to the endoscope; a gas supply unit for supplying gases to the endoscope; and a control unit for controlling operations of the liquid supply unit and the gas supply unit, wherein the control unit includes: a foot switch located on the floor of an operating room to receive control commands on the operations of the liquid supply unit and the gas supply unit from a surgeon who uses the endoscope; and a controller for selectively operating the liquid supply unit and the gas supply unit according to the control commands received.
Endoscope valve
An endoscope button for an endoscope including a cylinder communicating with tubes includes: a first unit and a second unit that are attachable and detachable with respect to a fitting part fixed to the cylinder, and that are separable from each other in a state being removed from the fitting part. The first unit has a cylindrical shape, and includes a cylindrical member that is attachable and detachable with respect to the fitting part. The second unit includes: a fixing member that is inserted inside the cylindrical member in a state in which the endoscope button is attached to the fitting part, and is fixed to the cylindrical member; and a first movable member that is installed movably with respect to the fixing member, and that is movable back and forth inside the cylinder in the state in which the endoscope button is attached to the fitting part.
Medical cleaning valve
A valve may have a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet. The valve may include a valve stem having a lumen extending from a first opening at a proximal portion of the valve stem to a second opening at a distal end of the valve stem. A plurality of seals may be positioned relative to the valve stem. The valve stem and seals may be configured so that a fluid entering the inlet is prevented from flowing to the outlet in a first position of the valve stem and relative to the inlet and the outlet. The valve stem and the seals may be configured so that a fluid entering the inlet flows to the outlet in a second position of the valve stem relative to the inlet and the outlet, the second position being more distal than the first position relative to the inlet and the outlet.
ENDOSCOPE AND ENDOSCOPE SYSTEM
An endoscope includes an insertion portion including a distal end portion in which an image pickup unit is disposed, the insertion portion being configured to be inserted into an organ of a subject, an operation portion disposed at a proximal end of the insertion portion, and a sensor disposed in the operation portion, the sensor being configured to detect a pressure of a fluid in a flow passage passing through from the operation portion to a first opening of the distal end portion, the flow passage being configured to allow the fluid flowed into the operation portion to be flowed out from the first opening.
DYNAMICALLY RIGIDIZING COMPOSITE MEDICAL STRUCTURES
A rigidizing device includes a plurality of layers and an inlet between the elongate flexible tube and the outer layer and configured to attach to a source of vacuum or pressure. The rigidizing device is configured to have a rigid configuration when vacuum or pressure is applied through the inlet and a flexible configuration when vacuum or pressure is not applied through the inlet.
MEDICAL CLEANING VALVE
A medical valve may comprise a valve stem and an operation portion. The operation portion may include a stationary portion, a movable portion which is movable relative to the stationary portion and fixed relative to the valve stem, a seal disposed between the stationary portion and the movable portion, and a biasing member. Movement of the movable portion in a first direction may cause deformation of the biasing member, such that a restorative force of the biasing member urges movement of the movable portion in a second direction opposite the first direction. A frictional force between the seal and one of the stationary portion and the movable portion resists the movement of the movable portion in the second direction.
MEDICAL VALVE
A valve for use in an endoscope may comprise a proximal valve stem member having a first lumen extending from a proximal opening at a proximalmost end of the proximal valve stem member to a distal opening at a distalmost end of the proximal valve stem member. A distal valve stem member may have a second lumen with a proximal opening at a proximalmost end of the distal valve stem member. The proximalmost end of distal valve stem member may be received within the distal opening of the first lumen. The distal valve stem may be movable relative to the proximal valve stem.
ENDOSCOPE
An endoscope comprises: an insertion portion comprising a distal end portion, the distal end portion including a distal end surface; a flow passage formed in the insertion portion, the flow passage including a fluid ejection port formed in the distal end surface and the flow passage configured to supply a fluid via the fluid ejection port to an environment outside of the insertion portion; and a suction passage formed in the insertion portion, the suction passage including a suction port formed in the distal end surface. The distal end surface includes a deflection surface formed integrally with the distal end portion. The deflection surface covers a part of the fluid ejection port. The deflection surface is positioned so that the fluid supplied via the fluid ejection port contacts the deflection surface and is deflected in a first direction. The first direction does not intersect the suction port.
ENDOSCOPE REPROCESSOR AND ACTUATION METHOD FOR ENDOSCOPE REPROCESSOR
An endoscope reprocessor includes: a pump; a port; a tube connected to the port; a connector disposed in the tube and connected to a pipe sleeve of a treatment instrument channel, which is a pipe of an endoscope, and configured to allow a fluid to be leaked from a connection region of the connector to the pipe sleeve to an outer circumferential surface of the pipe sleeve; a valve disposed in a flow path; a pressure sensor configured to measure a pressure of the fluid; and a processor configured to repeatedly control the valve such that the valve is closed when the pressure exceeds a first pressure and the valve is opened when the pressure is lower than a second pressure, and determine a feeding state of the fluid based on a time period until an opening/closing number of the valve reaches a predetermined number more than one.
