ENDOSCOPE ATTACHMENT
An endoscope attachment of the present invention includes a light-shielding member disposed in a distal direction from a distal end of an endoscope insertion portion of an endoscope and shields a part of light emitted from a light source of the endoscope at a position separated from the light source; and a support portion connected to the endoscope insertion portion and being capable of holding the light-shielding member at a position distant from the distal end of the endoscope insertion portion.
ENDOSCOPIC INSTRUMENT WITH COMPLIANT THERMAL INTERFACE
An endoscopic instrument includes a heat-generating component that is thermally coupled to a heat sink via a movable contact structure. The movable contact structure accommodates the relative motion between the thermal conduit and heat sink to maintain the thermal coupling between those elements, and prevent damage to such thermal coupling when the instrument is exposed to elevated temperatures, such as during autoclaving.
Distal end rigid section of insertion portion of endoscope and endoscope
A distal-end rigid section of an insertion section of an endoscope, includes: a first base of a metallic material, which constitutes a distal-end portion of the insertion section of the endoscope; a second base of a resin material, which is formed on an axially proximal-end side of the first base; a cylindrical portion protruding from the second base toward an axially distal-end side of the first base and including a non-circular hole portion in which an illumination light source having a non-circular outer shape, generating light and emitting illumination light is disposed; and a through-hole formed by opening a part along an outer peripheral surface of the first base, the cylindrical portion being disposed in the through-hole such that the illumination light is emitted to the axially distal-end side of the first base.
ENDOSCOPE SHEATH AND ENDOSCOPE INJECTION POSITIONING DEVICE
Provided is an endoscope sheath including: a sheath body having an elongated rotating section and a stationary section, which are coupled to each other in a relatively rotatable manner about a longitudinal axis; a first passage along the axis; a second passage parallel to the first passage; an outlet through which a proximal end of an injection needle inserted in the second passage is pulled outside, the outlet being capable of changing a pullout position of the proximal end of the needle relative to the stationary section in the circumferential direction; and holders provided in the stationary section and separated by intervals in the circumferential direction, each holder securing an injector having the needle to the stationary section at a position where the needle protrudes from the distal end of the body and releasing the injector at a position where the needle is accommodated inside the body.
DISTAL END FRAME OF ENDOSCOPE, DISTAL END UNIT, AND ENDOSCOPE
A distal end frame includes: a first distal end frame member that includes a resin molded product which constitutes a molded interconnect device; a housing chamber that is provided on a distal end side of the first distal end frame member, and is formed of a recessed portion a distal end and one side of which are opened; a second distal end frame member that is composed of the resin molded product constituting the molded interconnect device, and is configured to close the one side of the housing chamber; a signal pattern that is the metal pattern formed in a region including a first joining surface which is a joining surface with the second distal end frame member, on a surface of the first distal end frame member; and a solder material which is configured to join the first distal end frame member and the second distal end frame member.
ENDOSCOPE
An endoscope includes two or more imaging modules having a lens barrel containing an optical system, an image sensor, and a sensor holding member that relatively fixes the lens barrel and the image sensor, a sub-frame that relatively fixes each of the two or more imaging modules, and an outer shell portion that accommodates and fixes the sub-frame and the two or more imaging modules.
Surgical instrument and method for producing a surgical instrument
A surgical instrument including: a main body; an elongated shaft tube connected to the main body, the shaft tube having at least one working channel tube arranged in an interior of the shaft tube, the at least one working channel tube extending in a longitudinal direction of the shaft tube; and a connection body coupled to a proximal end region of the main body; wherein a proximal end region of the at least one working channel tube is accommodated inside the connection body and is sealed with respect to the connection body.
Surgical instrument for grasping, treating, and/or dividing tissue
A surgical instrument includes a housing, an end effector assembly, and a shaft. The end effector assembly includes first and second jaw members each defining a curved configuration. At least one of the jaw members is movable relative to the other between a spaced-apart position and an approximated position. The shaft includes a proximal portion coupled with and extending distally from the housing and a distal portion extending distally from the proximal portion and having the end effector assembly coupled thereto at the distal end thereof. The proximal portion defines a circular cross-sectional configuration to facilitate formation of a fluid-tight seal thereabout. The distal portion defines a rectangular cross-sectional configuration configured to facilitate insertion through a cannula.
ENDOSCOPE AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING ENDOSCOPE
An endoscope includes: an envelope provided so as to cover an outer surface of an insertion portion; a filamentous member that is wound around an outer surface of the envelope and causes an end portion of the envelope to be fixed to the insertion portion; a resin applied to a spool member in which the filamentous member is wound around the envelope; a protruding portion provided on the outer surface of the insertion portion and formed in one part of the insertion portion in a circumferential direction; a cover member mounted so as to cover an outer circumference of the resin; and a concave portion provided in an inner circumferential surface of the cover member, including a cross-sectional shape homothetic to a cross-sectional shape of the protruding portion, and disposed in a position shifted from the protruding portion in a circumferential direction of the insertion portion.
ADHESIVE FOR ENDOSCOPE, CURED PRODUCT THEREOF, ENDOSCOPE, AND METHOD FOR PRODUCING THE SAME
An adhesive for an endoscope, the adhesive including an epoxy resin including at least one of bisphenol A epoxy resin, bisphenol F epoxy resin, or phenol novolac epoxy resin, a curing component, and an acidic curing acceleration component; a cured product of the adhesive; an endoscope including the cured product fixed; and a method for producing the endoscope.
