MEASUREMENT INFORMATION DISPLAY APPARATUS, MEASUREMENT INFORMATION DISPLAY SYSTEM, AND MEASUREMENT INFORMATION DISPLAY METHOD
A measurement information display system includes a measuring apparatus that measures biological and/or behavioral information of a user, and the measurement information display apparatus. The display apparatus includes a display unit with a screen; a communication unit that communications with the measuring apparatus to acquire the information, and a display control unit that causes the display unit to display a plurality of graphs on the screen, where the graphs represent the information. The graphs include a first graph located on a first portion of the screen and a second graph located on a second portion of the screen overlapping the first portion.
MULTI-SITE NONINVASIVE MEASUREMENT OF A PHYSIOLOGICAL PARAMETER
A patient monitor can noninvasively measure a physiological parameter using sensor data from different measurement sites on a patient. The patient monitor can combine all sensor data from different measurement sites into a raw or minimally processed data form to generate a single, robust measurement of the physiological parameter. An optical sensor of a patient monitor can include multiple photodetectors each configured to generate a signal when detecting light attenuated by the patient’s tissue. A measurement of a physiological parameter can be determined based on at least in part on the multiple signals from the multiple photodetectors.
Wearable cardioverter defibrillator (WCD) system using sensor modules with reassurance code for confirmation before shock
A wearable cardioverter defibrillator (“WCD”) system includes a support structure that can be worn by a patient, and a defibrillator coupled to the support structure. An ECG input, rendered from an ECG of the patient, may meet a primary shock criterion. One or more sensor modules are further provided, which are worn by the patient at different times. The sensor modules may monitor different physiological parameters of the patient, and transmit signals about them. The WCD system further has a multi-sensor interface to receive the transmitted signals, and a processor to determine from them whether a secondary shock criterion is met. If both the primary and the secondary shock criteria are met, the decision is to shock. The signals increase specificity of the detection, while the patient can wear different modules depending on context.
System for measurement of impedance cardiography
The present invention relates to a system of multiple implantable medical devices for an impedance measurement comprising a first implantable medical device, at least a second implantable medical device distinct from the first implantable medical device and; an analysis module comprising at least one amplifier and one envelope detector, one of the first implantable medical device or the second implantable medical device being a subcutaneous implantable cardioverter defibrillator or a subcutaneous loop recorder, and the other of the first implantable medical device or the second implantable medical device being an implantable endocardial device.
Depth proximity layering for wearable devices
Techniques to determine depth for a number of wearable devices, which may be worn in layers are provided. A wearable device can receive measurements from sensors to include sensors from a number of other wearable devices. Based on the sensor measurements, the wearable device can determine a depth for the wearable devices. The depth can include an indication of which wearable device is closest to a user, which wearable device is closest to an external environment, or the like.
Personalized and contextualized treatment of sleep apnea and obesity comorbidity
A sleep apnea and obesity comorbidity treatment system includes a transceiver and a control module. The control module is configured to: receive sensor data, where the sensor data is indicative of a glucose level of a patient and a ketones level of the patient, transmit the sensor data to a remote feedback device, receive feedback information from the remote feedback device based on the sensor data, and where the feedback information provides indications to the patient to maintain or alter a behavior of the patient based on the glucose level and the ketones level, and based on the feedback information, performing an operation to maintain or alter at least one of a diet or physical activity of the patient.
Adhesive and peripheral systems and methods for medical devices
Fill stations and base stations are provided for personal pump systems. The fill stations may be opened and closed to accept a reservoir and to allow fluid to be introduced into the reservoir for use with personal pump systems. The fill stations may hold the reservoir at a tilt relative to an underlying surface and may discourage overfilling of the reservoir. The filling stations may also include viewing windows having fluid lines marked thereon for indicating volume of fluid within the reservoir.
TECHNOLOGIES FOR BIOSIGNAL FEEDBACK FILTERING
Technologies for filtering biosignals include one or more biosignal sensors coupled to a user to receive biosignals and a computing device to receive biosignals from the biosignal sensors. The biosignal sensors filter the received biosignals to identify abnormal biosignals using a plurality of domain filters including a time domain filter and a frequency domain filter. The biosignals identified as abnormal by each of the domain filters are transmitted to the computing device, while the remaining biosignals are discarded.
Feedback signals from image data of athletic performance
Aspects of this disclosure relate to improving an athlete's ability to synchronize the movement of their body in time. Certain embodiments provide a feedback system that allows an athlete (or another individual, such as a trainer) to comprehend and optimize the timing of one or more components or features of an athletic movement. Image data, such as video, of an athlete performing physical activity may be utilized (alone or in combination with non-image data) may be used to generate and emit real-time feedback signals to provide an indication of tempo to the athlete. Still further aspects relate to using image and/or other sensor data to detect improper timing and/or movements of an athlete, and in response generating real-time feedback signals.
DEVICES, SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR MONITORING PHYSIOLOGICAL CHARACTERISTICS OF A PATIENT
The present invention provides a device for monitoring a plurality of physiological characteristics of a patient. The present invention also relates to methods and systems for monitoring a plurality of physiological characteristics of a patient employing said device. The present invention further provides methods and systems wherein multiple devices are used for monitoring a plurality of physiological characteristics of patients.
