Filtered garment
The embarrassment of passing gas in public is ubiquitous. One solution is to wear a filter underwear that is generally constructed with a single ply of underwear side panels that are separated by an activated carbon center panel. The activated carbon center panel is attached to an elastic waistband at the underwear back and where the activated carbon center panel traverses between two leg openings to the waistband at the underwear front. The center panel is constructed with a five-ply activated carbon fabric that is sandwiched between cotton fabric, which is sandwiched between bamboo fabric. The five-ply center panel is greater than 1 mm thick to provide filtering capabilities to sufficiently reduce the odor of flatulence to an acceptable level that is not readily detected by a person close by.
BOXER BRIEF FOR SUPPORTING A REMOVABLE BLADDER
A boxer brief includes first and second side panels and a pouch. The pouch includes a first pouch panel and a second pouch panel. The first pouch panel and the second pouch panel each have a first side edge that is attached to a front edge of the first side panel and a second side edge that is attached to a front edge of the second side panel such that the second pouch panel is disposed over the first pouch panel to define a pocket therebetween. The first pouch panel defines a hole therethrough that is configured to receive genitalia therethrough. The pouch is configured to secure a bladder system within the pocket. The second pouch panel defines a top and bottom opening of the pocket that are each capable of permitting the bladder system to pass therethrough.
COMPOSITE YARNS
Composite yarns including a cellulose-based filament are disclosed. The cellulose-based filament may be wrapped around a staple fiber core of the yarn or may be included in a core of the yarn and at least partially surrounded by a staple fiber sheath. Such composite yarns can combine the strength of the regenerated cellulose filament with the feel and other properties of the organic fiber. Textiles formed from the composite yarns and articles including the textiles are also disclosed.
Double-Sided Undergarment Apparatus
A double-sided undergarment apparatus for adding multiple styles and increase use to a single undergarment includes an undergarment body having a front side, a back side, a waist aperture, a right leg aperture, and a left leg aperture. The undergarment body has an inner side and an outer side. The inner side has a first pattern and the outer side having a second pattern. A double waistband is coupled to the undergarment body. The double waistband is coupled to a perimeter of the waist aperture and comprises an inner waistband and an outer waistband. The double waistband is elasticized. The apparatus is wearable with either the inner side and the inner waistband facing outwards or with the outer side and the outer waistband facing outwards.
Undergarment Device with a Replaceable Section
An undergarment device with a replaceable section is provided. The device is comprised of a body that receives at least one replaceable section that covers the crotch of the user during use. The section attaches to a front area and a rear area of the body via fasteners, such that the section can be removed if it becomes soiled with bodily fluid. Then, the section can be washed and/or replaced with a new section.
Undergarment
An undergarment for generally covering the pelvic region of a wearer is adapted to finger graspable pulls shaped and located to aid a wearer with diminished motor capacity and/or manual (i.e., hand) dexterity to more easily put on and take off the undergarment independently, without needing precise finger, hand, and arm control. The undergarment desirably uses materials, color choices, and decorative trim and elements to make the finger pulls and/or to decorate the undergarment to make the undergarment look more aesthetically appealing and reduce resemblance to specialty medical garment used by medical patients.
HEMMING-STITCH-FREE WARP-KNITTED ELASTIC FABRIC AND METHOD FOR KNITTING THEREOF
The present invention discloses a hemming-stitch-free warp-knitted elastic fabric and a method for knitting thereof. The method includes: making a non-elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the first guide bar and form the surface of the fabric by knitting via two needles or three needles in a 11 or 21 warp plain stitch loop mode, and making an elastic yarn pass across a guide needle of the second guide bar and form the inside of the fabric by knitting with the aforementioned non-elastic yarn in the same direction via three needles in a open double warp plain stitch loop mode, and two loops are continuously formed on each course of the open double warp plain stitch loop. The hemming-stitch-free warp-knitted fabric produced according to the present invention has good snagging grade, moderate horizontal straight tensile force and good resilience.
Seamless disposable absorbent garment
A substantially cylindrical, or tubular, garment structure can be provided using a three-dimensional or circular knitting machine, using a mold, or using an additive manufacturing process. A unit segment of the garment structure can include two waistband regions at opposite end faces of the cylindrical garment structure, and each of the waistband regions can correspond to a different one of two nested articles. Each of the two nested articles can be converted into a separate and distinct brief-style absorbent underwear assembly. In an example, a waistband region and body panel region of an absorbent underwear product can be formed using the same knitted material in a continuous, three-dimensional knitting process.
Undergarment with integral sanitary liner
The undergarment with an integral sanitary liner is an article of loin wear. A patient wears the undergarment with an integral sanitary liner when the patient anticipates liquid discharge in the loin region. The undergarment with an integral sanitary liner is an absorbent structure that absorbs liquid discharges in the loin region. The undergarment with an integral sanitary liner comprises an anterior panel, a posterior panel, an inferior panel, an elastic webbing, a liner, and a plurality of seams. The plurality of seams interconnect the anterior panel, the posterior panel, the inferior panel, and the elastic webbing to form the article of loin wear. The inferior panel forms the absorbent structure of the undergarment with an integral sanitary liner of the article of loin wear. The liner is a sheeting that protects the patient from the liquids in the inferior panel.
Bamboo And Nonwoven Disposable Garments
Undergarment products of the disclosure may comprise a bamboo fabric and a non-woven material. The undergarment may include bamboo fabric and a non-woven material in addition to other materials. In some cases, the garments may principally or primarily include bamboo fabric and a non-woven material with only the addition of further components and materials to manufacture the garment including stitching, elastic components, etc. In preferred embodiments, an undergarment of the disclosure may include a central section comprising bamboo fabric and side sections comprising a non-woven material. The bamboo used to make the underwear may be around 125 grams per square meter (GSM) and the non-woven material may be 100% cotton based.
