Transparent substrate with antifouling film and capacitance in-cell touch panel-type liquid crystal display device
There is provided a transparent substrate with an antifouling film that, when used as a cover member with an antifouling film of an electrostatic in-cell touch panel-type liquid crystal device, can reduce the whitening of a liquid crystal screen while fully maintaining an antifouling property and touch sensitivity. The transparent substrate with an antifouling film includes: a transparent substrate; and an antifouling film provided as an outermost layer on one main surface of the transparent substrate, wherein a surface shape of the antifouling film is a rugged shape whose arithmetic mean roughness Ra is 0.01 m or more, and surface resistivity measured on the surface of the antifouling film is 1.010.sup.9 to 1.010.sup.13/.

Provided is a display device. The display device includes a display panel including a display area where an image is displayed and a non-display area surrounding the display area, a light blocking layer disposed in the non-display area and on the display panel, and a primer layer disposed between the display panel and the light blocking layer, and configured to planarize the display panel. Thus, it is possible to provide a borderless display device having an excellent appearance with minimized defects in a bezel pattern caused by foreign materials.

A wavelength conversion apparatus 100 according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes a casing 10, a wavelength conversion element 25 disposed inside the casing 10 and configured to convert a wavelength of incident light and output light with the converted wavelength, a first port 11 that introduces a first gas containing 99.9% or more of a nitrogen gas inside the casing 10, and a second port 12 that introduces a second gas containing 1% or more of an oxygen gas.

OPTICAL ISOLATOR AND FARADAY ROTATOR
A Faraday rotator and an optical isolator having a high transmittance and a high Verdet constant are provided. The optical isolator includes at least a Faraday rotator that rotates a polarization plane of incident light in a non-reciprocal manner, a polarizer disposed on a light incident side of the Faraday rotator, and an analyzer disposed on a light exit side of the Faraday rotator. The Faraday rotator is made of an oxide containing ytterbium oxide (Yb.sub.2O.sub.3), and is manufactured by a ceramic manufacturing process, wherein the oxide is allowed to contain an oxide of a metal other than ytterbium, and the proportion of ytterbium in all metal atoms in the oxide is 80% or more.

A conductive film includes: a substrate; a plurality of first wavy wires which have semicircular arcs arranged opposite to each other in direction on the substrate; and a plurality of second wavy wires which have the semicircular arcs arranged opposite to each other in direction and are symmetrical to the first wavy wires in an arrangement direction, and has a conductive sheet body in which an arrangement direction of the arcs of each first wavy wire and an arrangement direction of the arcs of each second wavy wire are made parallel to each other, each first wavy wire and each second wavy wire are separated by a previously set distance, and the arcs of each first wavy wire and the arcs of each second wavy wire facing each other are at least in contact with each other. The first wavy wire and the second wavy wire are made of a conductive material. A wiring has the conductive film. A touch panel sensor also has the conductive film.

A wavelength converter including: A. a crystal holder configured to hold a nonlinear crystal configured to convert a wavelength of a laser beam incident thereon and output the wavelength-converted laser beam; B. a first container configured to accommodate the crystal holder and include a light incident window so provided as to intersect an optical path of the laser beam incident on the nonlinear crystal and a light exiting window so provided as to intersect the optical path of the laser beam having exited out of the nonlinear crystal; C. a second container configured to accommodate the first container; D. a position adjusting mechanism configured to adjust at least a position of the first container; and E. an isolation mechanism configured to spatially isolate the light incident window and the light exiting window from the position adjusting mechanism.
