Lighting device that controls light emission, method of controlling same, and storage medium
A lighting device that properly controls light emission, thereby making it possible to perform product protection of the lighting device from generated heat without impairing usability. The lighting device is capable of using a plurality of types of batteries attached thereto, and includes a light emission section to which electric power is supplied from the attached battery. The lighting device includes a processor that functions as a light emission control unit configured to control light emission from the light emission section, and an acquisition unit configured to acquire information on the battery, including information on a temperature of the attached battery. A parameter for use in limiting light emission from the light emission section is determined based on a result of acquisition of the information on the battery.
Dual-function lighted wearable accessory
The present invention provides a novel lighting accessory, which has never been proposed before for increasing luminance when in one embodiment, a mobile electronic device is used in a low light environment for photography, videography or video conferencing. By disposing a lighting device in an accessory, when a user utilizes a common back camera on a mobile device to conduct video conferencing, the lighting device helps to illuminate the user's face and increase luminance. As for the user using a common front camera to do video or photo shooting, the lighting device helps to increase luminance of the subject and ambient environment, so that the video or photo shot performs at a high quality. The lighting device can be concealed in a novel reversible light housing that can also be used to conceal other wearable technology, such as fitness monitors, watch components, etc.
LIGHTING DEVICE THAT CONTROLS LIGHT EMISSION, METHOD OF CONTROLLING SAME, AND STORAGE MEDIUM

Dermal camera attachment
A camera attachment apparatus for attaching to a mobile computing device having an integrated camera includes a house, a slide plate, an aperture, and an illumination system. The housing has a shape to mount on the mobile computing device. The slide plate is disposed within the housing and has a stowed position and a deployed position. The aperture is disposed in the slide plate. The illumination system is disposed on the slide plate. The slide plate is configured to align the aperture over the integrated camera when moved to the deployed position and does not obstruct the integrated camera in the stowed position.
Optical device for adjusting light emitted from a multimedia mobile communication device
An optical device includes a clamp seat and a light tuning assembly. The clamp seat includes a base, a curved portion extending from the base, and a pressing portion extending from the curved portion. The light tuning assembly includes a support frame disposed at the base, an optical lens restrained by the support frame, and an adjusting member coordinating with the optical lens. In an application of the optical device, a user may clamp a multimedia mobile communication device by the base and the pressing portion to allow the optical lens to align with a light projecting assembly of the multimedia mobile communication device. The adjusting member is rotated to adjust a distance between the optical lens and the light projecting assembly. Light from the light projecting assembly is then focused or dispersed through the optical lens to solve an issue of unadjustable light of a conventional solution.
Method and apparatus for chip-on board flexible light emitting diode
A lighting device is disclosed having a plurality of LED chips mounted on a single planar flexible substrate, wherein the single planar flexible substrate is disposed in an arcuate orientation. A heat sink having an arcuate surface shaped to approximate the arcuate orientation of the flexible substrate is coupled to the flexible substrate between complementary arcuate surfaces. A luminescent coating is disposed about a top surface of the arcuate single planar flexible substrate.
Collapsible LED fixture
According to the invention, an LED fixture is provided for photographic and theatrical lighting. The light fixture is particularly suitable for photographic and theatrical lighting by mounting LED elements directly or indirectly on articulating arms. The arms rotate 90 degrees from a position where the arms are aligned substantially in parallel with an axis of the fixture hub and may be rotated 90 degrees for deployment of the fixture. In addition, the spokes may be flexed beyond the alignment permitted by the cooperation between the hub and mounting elements.
Structure observation device and observation method
An object is to closely observe, by means of images of a camera having high performance specifications, changes in a structure due to heating or cooling of the structure to a temperature beyond a service temperature limit of the camera having high performance specifications and returning from that temperature to room temperature. A structure observation device includes: a camera case of a rectangular three-dimensional shape, having a glass window of heat-resistant and/or cold-resistant glass on at least one side of the three-dimensional shape; heat insulating walls covering the camera case except for the glass window; a fluid supply port and a fluid discharge port through which a cooling or warming fluid is circulated into; and a camera that is disposed inside the camera case and captures a still image or a moving image through the glass window and externally outputs or internally stores data of the captured image.
Flash unit and emitted light amount control method
A flash unit capable of being attached to a flash control unit, comprising: a memory that stores information relating to a light emission time for actual flash corresponding to a difference between an emitted light amount command value for actual flash and an emitted light amount command value for pre-flash, and a controller, including an light emission time calculation section that obtains light emission time corresponding to emitted light amount command value for actual flash based on emitted light amount command value for pre-flash, emitted light amount command value for actual flash, and information stored in the memory, wherein the controller inputs the emitted light amount command value for pre-flash and the emitted light amount command value for actual flash acquired to the light emission time calculation section, and controls actual flash of the flash light emitting source based on the light emission time.
