A photosensitive resin composition, a photosensitive resin layer, a color filter, and a display device, the photosensitive resin composition includes a photopolymerizable compound; a photopolymerization initiator; a colorant; a binder resin; and a solvent, wherein the solvent includes a first solvent and a second solvent, the first solvent has a boiling point of greater than about 0° C. and less than about 150° C. at 1 atm, the second solvent has a boiling point of greater than or equal to about 150° C. at 1 atm, and the first solvent is included in the photosensitive resin composition in an amount greater than that of the second solvent.

A liquid solder resist composition contains: a carboxyl group-containing resin; a photopolymerizable compound which contains one or more kinds of compounds selected from a group consisting of a photopolymerizable monomer and a photopolymerizable prepolymer; a photopolymerization initiator; an epoxy compound; and titanium dioxide. The carboxyl group-containing resin is obtained by polymerization of a monomer composition which contains: a carboxyl group-containing monomer represented by following formula (1); and a maleimide compound represented by following formula (2). The carboxyl group-containing resin does not contain a photopolymerizable functional group. In the formula (1), X represents R.sup.a—COO.

Provided are a resin composition including a coloring material, a resin, and a solvent, in which, in a case where a film having a thickness of 0.60 μm is formed by heating the resin composition at 200° C. for 30 minutes, a thickness of the film after performing a heating treatment of the film at 300° C. for 5 hours in a nitrogen atmosphere is 70% or more of a thickness of the film before the heating treatment; a film formed of the resin composition; a color filter; a solid-state imaging element; and an image display device.
GREEN PIGMENT COMPOSITION FOR COLOR FILTERS, AND COLOR FILTER
Provided is a green pigment composition which includes a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment and a brominated chlorinated zinc phthalocyanine derivative having a phthalimide skeleton bonded by an alkylene group, and which enables a great enhancement in contrast without decreasing luminance and coloring power, and a color filter including the green pigment composition. The green pigment composition for color filters includes from 0.1 to 10 parts of a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment derivative substituted with a functional group having a phthalimide skeleton bonded by an alkylene group per 100 parts of a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment, in terms of a mass, and a color filter includes the green pigment composition for color filters.

The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition for black matrix, as well as a color filter and a liquid crystal display (LCD) device formed by the composition. The aforementioned photosensitive resin composition comprises an alkali-soluble resin (A), a compound containing vinyl unsaturated group(s) (B), a photo initiator (C), quinonediazide sulfonic acid ester (D), a solvent (E) and black pigment (F). The alkali-soluble resin (A) includes epoxy resin having unsaturated group(s) (A-1), which is obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (i) having at least two epoxy groups with a compound (ii) having at least one vinyl unsaturated group and carboxyl group. The aforementioned photo initiator (C) includes an O-acyloxime compound (C-1).

The present invention relates to a photosensitive resin composition for black matrix, as well as a color filter and a liquid crystal display (LCD) device formed by the composition. The aforementioned photosensitive resin composition comprises an alkali-soluble resin (A), a compound containing vinyl unsaturated group(s) (B), a photo initiator (C), quinonediazide sulfonic acid ester (D), a solvent (E) and black pigment (F). The alkali-soluble resin (A) includes epoxy resin having unsaturated group(s) (A-1), which is obtained by reacting an epoxy resin (i) having at least two epoxy groups with a compound (ii) having at least one vinyl unsaturated group and carboxyl group. The aforementioned photo initiator (C) includes an O-acyloxime compound (C-1).

An object of the present invention is to provide a photocurable resin composition having excellent thick-film curability and further excellent storage stability, and a cured product of the photocurable resin composition has a high concealing effect.
The present invention is a photocurable resin composition containing components (A) to (E): a component (A): a leuco dye; a component (B): a photoacid generator; a component (C): a radical polymerizable compound (except for a (meth)acrylate having a tertiary amine skeleton); a component (D): a photoradical polymerization initiator; and a component (E): a tertiary amine compound.

The present invention provides a curable composition which is suitably used for the production of a light-shielding film which has excellent light-shielding properties, exhibits low reflectivity, has excellent pattern linearity, and is not susceptible to chipping; an infrared cut filter with a light-shielding film; and a solid-state imaging device. The curable composition according to the present invention includes a curable compound which has at least one selected from the group consisting of a fluorine atom, a silicon atom, a linear alkyl group having 8 or more carbon atoms, and a branched alkyl group having 3 or more carbon atoms, and a curable functional group; a silane coupling agent; and a black pigment.
