An object of the present invention is to provide an electrostatic image developing toner including toner particles containing: an amorphous resin including an amorphous vinyl resin; and a crystalline resin, wherein the toner particles contain: a coloring agent including C. I. Pigment Yellow 74; and alkoxy aniline with an amount in the range of 0.1 to 50.0 mass ppm in the toner particles.

Provided is a toner that is excellent in development durability and has excellent solid followability even when the amount of the toner in a toner cartridge is small. The toner includes toner particles each having a surface layer containing an organosilicon polymer, in which: the organosilicon polymer includes a siloxane-based polymer having partial structures represented by the following formulae (1) and (2); and in a chart obtained by .sup.29Si-NMR measurement of a tetrahydrofuran-insoluble matter of the toner particles, an area RT3 of a peak assigned to the partial structure represented by the following formula (1) and an area RfT3 of a peak assigned to the partial structure represented by the following formula (2) satisfy the following formula (3).

An electrostatic-image developing toner set includes a white toner including white toner particles including a polyester resin and a white colorant, and a colored toner other than a white toner, the colored toner including colored toner particles including a vinyl resin, a polyester resin, and a colored colorant, in which the mass ratio C of the polyester resin included in the colored toner particles to the vinyl resin included in the colored toner particles is 0.7 or more and 10 or less, and when the cross section of the colored toner particles is observed, the area fraction of the polyester resin present in a surface layer region of the colored toner particles, the surface layer region corresponding to 15% of the area of the cross section of the colored toner particles, is 60% or more and 100% or less.

A toner set for electrostatic image development includes a white toner including white toner particles containing a polyester resin and a white colorant, and a non-white color toner including color toner particles containing a vinyl resin, a polyester resin, and a color colorant, in which a mass ratio C of the polyester resin to the vinyl resin in the color toner particles is 0.7 or more and 10 or less.
