(ln (T1)ln (T2))/(T1T2)<(ln (T2)ln (T3))/(T2T3)
wherein (T1) represents a viscosity of the electrostatic charge image developing toner at 60 C., (T2) represents a viscosity of the electrostatic charge image developing toner at 90 C., and (T3) represents a viscosity of the electrostatic charge image developing toner at 130 C.
IMAGE FORMING APPARATUS
An image forming apparatus includes: an image carrier in which a latent image is formed; a developing device that transfers toner to the latent image from a developing member opposed to the image carrier, and develops the latent image; a development power supply that applies a development voltage across the image carrier and the developing member; a period detector that detects periodic information on the developing member and the image carrier in a circumferential direction; and a corrector that corrects the development voltage or an exposure amount of the latent image based on the periodic information detected by the period detector. At least one of the developing device and the development power supply is set so that a supply rate of charge of the toner to the latent image in a solid area of an image reaches 80% or higher.
Development device and image forming device
An image forming apparatus includes a developer carrying body to transfer developer to a photosensitive body. The developer carrying body has an outer circumference and grooves spaced apart along the outer circumference. The grooves occupy 27% or more of the outer circumference. The developing carrying body is rotatable in a rotational direction that imparts the developing carrying body with a direction of movement that is opposite to a direction of movement of the photosensitive body, at a position between the developer carrying body and the photosensitive body.

DEVELOPING DEVICE AND IMAGE FORMING DEVICE
A developing device includes a latent image carrier to form an electrostatic latent image is formed on a surface of the latent image carrier, a developing agent carrier to carry a developing agent including toner on a surface of the developing agent carrier, the developing agent carrier facing the latent image carrier, and a roll-shaped member facing the developing agent carrier to form a first gap and facing the latent image carrier to form a second gap, to form a suction air flow through the first gap and the second gap, to suction toner particles scattered to the first gap between the roll-shaped member and the developing agent carrier and the second gap between the roll-shaped member and the latent image carrier.
Developer container and image forming apparatus having transporting member with air passage portions
A developer container includes a container, a transporting member, and a passage portion. The container holds a developer. The transporting member includes a shaft, rotatably supported by the container, and a transporting portion that is supported by the shaft and that transports the developer in the container when the shaft rotates. The passage portion is formed in the transporting portion and allows air to pass therethrough in an axial direction of the shaft.
Developing device carrying liquid developer
A developing device includes a rotatable liquid developer carrying member, a developer container, an electrode opposed to the developer carrying member with a predetermined gap therebetween to form an electric field, and an urging roller provided downstream of the electrode and upstream of a developing position to urge the developer carrying member. An amount of toner on the developer carrying member per unit area in a region downstream of the urging roller and upstream of the developing position with respect to the rotational moving direction is not less than 50% of an amount of the toner on the developer carrying member per unit area in a region interposed between the electrode and the developer carrying member.
Sensor mounting structure, fixing device, and image forming apparatus therewith
A sensor mounting structure includes a positioning member, a holding member, and a biasing member. The positioning member is a mounting reference of a sensor. The holding member is attachable to and detachable from the positioning member so as to form a space in which the sensor is disposed with respect to the positioning member. The biasing member includes an arched part which is overhung between a pair of engaging parts engaging with the holding member. The biasing member, while the holding member is attached to the positioning member, elastically deforms the arched part that is sandwiched between the holding member and the sensor that is disposed in the space so as to bias the sensor to the positioning member.
