Disclosed herein are trouser assemblies including a trouser assembly that may include: a trouser that may include: a trouser waistband having an internal waistband surface; a right leg portion coupled to the trouser waistband and having a right leg internal surface; a left leg portion coupled to the trouser waistband and the right leg portion and having a left leg internal surface; a rear trouser button coupled to the left leg portion, the right leg portion, or the trouser waistband, wherein the rear trouser button may be configured for removable coupling to a rear portion of underpants; and a front trouser button coupled to the left leg internal surface, the right leg internal surface, or the internal waistband surface, wherein the front trouser button may be configured for removable coupling to a front portion of the underpants.

An undergarment for generally covering the pelvic region of a wearer is adapted to finger graspable pulls shaped and located to aid a wearer with diminished motor capacity and/or manual (i.e., hand) dexterity to more easily put on and take off the undergarment independently, without needing precise finger, hand, and arm control. The undergarment desirably uses materials, color choices, and decorative trim and elements to make the finger pulls and/or to decorate the undergarment to make the undergarment look more aesthetically appealing and reduce resemblance to specialty medical garment used by medical patients.

The front panel comprises an inner fabric layer; an outer fabric layer having a first portion and a second portion; and a thermoplastic strip. The first portion of the outer fabric layer is secured with the inner fabric layer. The second portion of the outer fabric layer supports the thermoplastic strip therewith. The back panel is attached to the front panel.

An article of clothing is disclosed. The article of clothing a front panel. A garment including a first waistband having a first end that is the uppermost portion of the garment and a second end of the first waistband that is spaced apart from the first end of the first waistband, the first end of the first waistband is either functional, configured to grip a garment wearer's waist to secure the garment to the wearer or is decorative and non-functional, and a second waistband spaced apart from the first end of the first waistband and includes the second end of the first waistband permanently or releasably attached and concealed therein, the second waistband is functional, configured to grip a garment wearer's waist to secure the garment to the wearer.

An assist garments worn on or below the waist has finger loops mounted on a band to assist in dressing and undressing.

A pair of underwear adjustably integrated into a fixed-waist short is provided herein. The underwear is attached to the fixed-waist short at the inner waistband seam of the fixed-waist short. Attachment to the fixed-waist short can be done by way of stitching or another method of fixedly securing the liner to the short. The securement of the underwear to the shorts extends along the back of the underwear and around to each side of the underwear. At approximately halfway along each side of the underwear the securement ends. The underwear is provided with a waistband that is cleaned finished into the rear securement area.
