Systems and methods of the present disclosure are directed to systems and methods for treating cognitive dysfunction in a subject in need thereof. The system can include a light source and a speaker. A visual neural stimulation system provides, via the light source, visual stimulation having a first value of a first parameter. An auditory neural stimulation system provides, via the speaker, audio stimulation having a second value of the second parameter. A stimuli orchestration component selects, for a first time interval, one of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation to vary based on a policy, selects, for the first time interval, the other of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation to keep constant based on the policy, and provides causes the one of the visual neural stimulation system or the auditory neural stimulation system to vary the one of the visual stimulation or the audio stimulation.

Systems and methods are described that provide integrated user data collection devices for use in various therapies. The systems comprise a grip device with buttons to detect pressing patterns of a user. a mask device with one or more functional near infrared spectroscopy sensors, and a wearable device with biometric sensors. Alternatively. a camera module may be provided to record a video feed. The system is configured to transmit the data to a user device, which in turn is configured to provide a playback interface displaying the collected data. A device with a microphone, a speaker and an LED configuration illuminating a pattern based on a neurofeedback signal is also provided.

A representative system includes a plurality of pixel light sources and a control and driver circuit. The pixel light sources are coupled to each other to form a partially-spherical dome, with each pixel light source arranged to emit light directed to a convergent location of the partially-spherical dome. The control and driver circuit implements a selected stimulus protocol to selectively energize each pixel light source to generate light stimulation to any arbitrary or selected portion of the retina of an eye of a human subject. The present invention relates to an electrode harness and more particularly to an electrode harness with various features, which enhance the use and performance of the electrode harness. The present invention further relates to a method of taking biopotential measurements. The electrode harness and methods of the present invention allow for use with most applications where biopotential measurements are taken. The electrode harness can be used in ECG (or EKG), EEG, EMG, and other such biopotential measurement applications. Because of the versatility of various embodiments of the present invention, preferably the electrode harness can be adjusted for different applications or for application to various sized and shaped subjects. The electrode harness is further preferably part of a system, which includes either wireless or tethered bridges between the electrode harness and a monitor, and preferably includes various forms of processors for analyzing the biopotential signal.

Aspects also provide a method for determining a pulse travel time (PTT) associated with a user, comprising obtaining a proximal signal using an earpiece inserted in of the user, obtaining a distal signal using the earpiece, and deriving the PTT based on the obtained proximal signal and the obtained distal signal.
