Electrical interface system
A system for providing an electrical interface between a transducer and a transducer support device, the system comprising: a body mounted to the transducer support device, the body comprising an interface-to-transducer coupling region; a interface-to-electronics subsystem coupling region coupled to the body and contiguous with the interface-to-transducer coupling region, the system defining a fluid sealing region surrounding at least one of the interface-to-transducer and the interface-to-electronics subsystem coupling region; the system comprising an operation mode defining a sealed electrical pathway between the transducer and the transducer support device, wherein: the fluid sealing region is coupled to a complementary transducer sealing region, and the elastically deformable coupling region is biased against an electrical contact of the transducer with the fluid sealing region preventing fluid from reaching the electrical contact of the transducer.
Biopotential wakeup word
Aspects of the present disclosure provide a product configured to obtain biological signals associated with a user. The biological signals may be used to trigger the product of an upcoming, separate command. The product may take action based on the received command. As described herein, the biological signals may comprise a change in electrical potential of a user, such as an EMG, EEG, or EOG signal. The separate command may be other biological signals, a voice command, or a gesture. The product may be configured to control itself and/or a device external to the product.
Methods and systems for performing slit lamp examination
Configurations are disclosed for a health system to be used in various healthcare applications, e.g., for patient diagnostics, monitoring, and/or therapy. The health system may comprise a light generation module to transmit light or an image to a user, one or more sensors to detect a physiological parameter of the user's body, including their eyes, and processing circuitry to analyze an input received in response to the presented images to determine one or more health conditions or defects.

Method and system for determining user input based on totem
A waveguide apparatus includes a planar waveguide and at least one optical diffraction element (DOE) that provides a plurality of optical paths between an exterior and interior of the planar waveguide. A phase profile of the DOE may combine a linear diffraction grating with a circular lens, to shape a wave front and produce beams with desired focus. Waveguide apparatus may be assembled to create multiple focal planes. The DOE may have a low diffraction efficiency, and planar waveguides may be transparent when viewed normally, allowing passage of light from an ambient environment (e.g., real world) useful in AR systems. Light may be returned for temporally sequentially passes through the planar waveguide. The DOE(s) may be fixed or may have dynamically adjustable characteristics. An optical coupler system may couple images to the waveguide apparatus from a projector, for instance a biaxially scanning cantilevered optical fiber tip.

Systems and methods for administering a gaze nystagmus test
Systems and methods for performing a Horizontal Gaze Nystagmus (HGN) test. An HGN test device having a harness configured to be worn by a subject, a moveable stimulus controlled by a computing device, and a recording device for recording the eyes of the subject during the administration of the HGN test. More specifically, the HGN device has a movable armature or an arm with a stimulus there attached which follows a track. The recording may be stored in the computing device or transmitted to a remote system for storage.
ELECTRICAL STIMULATION DEVICE
An electrical stimulation device is provided. The electrical stimulation device according to one embodiment of the present inventive concept is worn on the head so as to apply electrical stimulation to the brain, and comprises: a frame to be worn on the head; an electrode structure including an electrode part formed of a conductive member and a cover unit formed of an insulating member covering at least a part of the electrode part, and of which one end is connected to the frame; and a patch detachable from the electrode structure and making contact with the head when attached to the electrode structure.
BIO-STIMULATING AND BIO-SIGNAL MEASURING CIRCUIT
The circuit may include bio-stimulating signal generating circuit which generates a bio-stimulating signal in a bio-stimulating mode, a bio-signal electrode which delivers the bio-stimulating signal generated in the bio-stimulating mode and receives a bio-signal in a bio-signal measuring mode, a switch block which is turned on when a voltage of the bio-stimulating signal is greater than a first reference voltage which is greater than a second reference voltage or lower than the second reference voltage, first and second resistors, and a bio-signal measuring circuit which measures voltage signals divided by the first and second resistors or measures a signal of the bio-signal electrode according to whether the switch block is turned on. The first and second resistors may be serially connected between the bio-signal electrode and the switch block, and divide a voltage of a signal of the bio-signal electrode when the switch block is turned on.
Systems and method for detecting cognitive impairment
Systems, methods, and computer readable media for determining cognitive impairment (CI) in patients are provided herein. Various regional structural-functional parameters of the retina can serve as biomarkers for the detection of CI. The method can include forming a database including a quantification of retinal structure and retinal function of a plurality of eyes associated with a plurality of patients, providing a baseline cognitive impairment (CI) reference. The method can include determining a measure of functionality of neurons in the retina based on an electroretinogram (ERG) of a patient. The method can include determining a structural measure of the first retina based on a generalized dimension spectrum and singularity spectrum of the skeletonized retinal image, and a lacunarity parameter of the skeletonized retinal image. The method can include determining a level of cognitive impairment based on the structural and functional measures.
