The fitness training device may include a deck having a top surface, a bottom surface, and opposing first and second side edges and opposing front and rear longitudinal edges together forming a perimeter of the deck; at least one wheel bracket structure positioned below the deck, the at least one wheel bracket structure rotatably supporting at least two wheels and configured so as to be movable relative to the deck about a pivot line at least partially extending between the opposing first and second side edges of the deck; and at least one resilient member connected to the at least one wheel bracket structure and the deck.
WIRELESS MONITORING
A monitoring system includes a transmitter and a receiver to detect motion, wherein frequency waves are transmitted by the transmitter and reflected waves are received by the receiver; and an analyzer that calibrates a training signal during a training phase to develop a model and wherein the analyzer applies the model with the wireless signal during an operational phase to determine position or body parameters.
WEARABLE SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR MONITORING INTOXICATION
A system for transdermal alcohol sensing to be worn near a skin surface of a user, including: an alcohol sensor; a microporous membrane; a housing coupled to the alcohol sensor and the membrane, defining a volume between the alcohol sensor and a first membrane side, and fluidly isolating the volume from a second membrane side opposing the first membrane side; an electronics subsystem electrically coupled to the alcohol sensor, operable to power and receive signals from the alcohol sensor; and a fastener operable to position the second membrane side proximal the skin surface.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR REHABILITATION OF LIMB MOTION
Systems and methods for rehabilitation of limb motion are described herein. An example system can include a thermal imaging device for imaging a subject or a plurality of sensors for sensing force or pressure exerted by a portion of the subject's body. The system can also include a processor and a memory operably coupled to the processor. The processor can be configured to receive force or pressure data measured by the sensors or image data captured by the thermal imaging device, and calculate a quantitative measure of the subject's limb motion based on the force or pressure data or the image data.
Method and system for monitoring intoxication
A method and system for monitoring a user's intoxication including receiving a set of signals, derived from a set of samples collected from the user at a set of time points; providing a sobriety task to the user proximal to a time point of the set of time points; generating a performance dataset characterizing performance of the sobriety task by the user; receiving a supplementary dataset characterizing a demographic profile of the user and/or a physiological state of the user; determining a set of values of an intoxication metric, derived from the set of signals; generating a predicted temporal profile of the intoxication metric for the user based upon the set of values, the set of time points, and the supplementary dataset; generating an analysis of the user's sobriety based upon the performance dataset and the predicted temporal profile; and providing a notification to the user based upon the analysis.
Platform to detect patient health condition based on images of physiological activity of a patient
A user device may receive video associated with a patient, wherein the video depicts physiological activity involving the patient. The user device may receive profile information associated with the patient. The user device may obtain, from the video, image data using an image processing model. The user device may analyze the image data to generate a patient signature associated with the image data, wherein the patient signature is representative of the physiological activity. The user device may access a reference data structure that includes a plurality of reference signatures. The user device may identify that the patient signature is associated with a reference signature of the plurality of reference signatures, wherein the reference signature is associated with a health condition. The user device may perform an action associated with the health condition and the patient.
SYSTEMS AND METHODS FOR SUBJECT ASSESSMENT
The present disclosure provides systems and methods for performing a clinical assessment of a neurological disease, disorder, or condition. In an aspect, a system may comprise sensors, which sensors are configured to acquire sensor data of the subject over a period of time; and which mobile electronic device, comprises: an electronic display; a wireless transceiver; and one or more computer processors configured to (i) receive the sensor data from the sensors, (ii) process the sensor data or features extracted therefrom using a trained algorithm to generate an output indicative of a state of a neurological disease, disorder, or condition of the subject, and (iii) based at least in part on the generated output, perform a clinical assessment on the subject.
BALANCE AND GAIT ASSISTANCE SYSTEMS
Balance and gait assistance systems including a sensor, a computing device, and an auditory device. The sensor is disposed proximate a foot of a user and configured to detect proprioceptive data at the foot. The computing device is in data communication with the sensor. The computing device is configured to receive the proprioceptive data detected by the sensor and to dynamically determine auditory cue instructions based on the proprioceptive data received from the sensor. The auditory device is controllably coupled to the computing device. The auditory device is configured to receive the auditory cue instructions from the computing device and to dynamically generate audible cues in response to the audible cue instructions received from the computing device.
SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EVALUATING A PATIENT'S BALANCE, COORDINATION AND STABILITY TO ASSIST WITH FALL PREVENTION THERAPIES
A system for evaluating a patient's balance, coordination and stability comprises an evaluation station with a variable stability platform situated between a pair of safety handrails; and a graphical user interface designed to receive information from the platform when a patient performs, or attempts to perform, a series of minimal balance evaluations/tests when prompted by the system. A method of using this system is also disclosed.
